Staff really helpful, we loved the location as everything was close enough to not pay for extra transportation. Also the area was so cool.

Small worn hotel
Very worn hotel and poor cleaning in the bathroom.
The wallpaper in the room was torn in several places.
Furniture was worn and destroyed.
The bed was good.
Breakfast was continental, it was boring. They must first buy breakfast before they can set it up for serving. So it was often late. It should be served at 7-10.
One day there was no breakfast at 7:00, so I bought my own breakfast. When I got back to the front door was locked. The receptionist came slowly walking with breakfast bread, he apologized for the delay. It's not reasonable when I paid for breakfast all my holidays.
There was no help to get as I needed a copy of my passport to get a metro/bus/train card. It was actually an employee at the subway office who helped me.
I couldn't reach the hooks in the bathroom with 1 toilet. Krogene sat too high up!
There was a mini mirror over the sink, so it was impossible to perform facial care properly. It also sat too far away, where you stood in front of the sink
It's hard to get a heavy suitcase up of 8 steps from the elevator up to the room.
The hotel is perfectly located for all activities in Paris.

Very small staff unhelpful
Reception not helpful, room very small once you managed to get to it down winding stairs from very small lift, en-suite small with glass screen at end of bed area. One plus it was clean

COMPLETE SCAM
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!
Absolutely shocking experience. We paid €180 for one night and because we arrived late, we were dumped into a ground-floor room directly on street level. People walking outside could see straight into the room. There was virtually no privacy and we felt completely unsafe.
When we politely asked for a different room, the staff refused to help. Instead of finding a solution, they basically told us to leave in the middle of the night. Two women traveling alone were forced to find another hotel at the last minute and spend an extra €230 just to have somewhere safe to sleep.
The receptionist (including a man named Roger) and the manager were unbelievably rude. Rather than listening to our concerns, they dismissed them and even called us scammers. I've never experienced such unprofessional and hostile treatment from hotel staff.
The hotel's photos were completely misleading and looked nothing like the room we were given. Nowhere was it made clear that the room would be directly on street level. Had we known, we would never have booked.
What made it even worse was seeing that the reception window was already broken, which only reinforced our concerns about security. Yet the staff acted as if our worries were unreasonable.
We paid for a hotel room and ended up feeling unsafe, unwelcome, and completely ignored. The lack of basic customer service was astonishing. Save yourself the stress, save yourself the money, and book literally anywhere else.

Thieves
Very bad experience. A few minutes after my reservation, I noticed a date error and immediately requested a solution. Total refusal, even though the reservation date is in 2 months, so there is no impact on the establishment.
The most shocking part remains the response from the manager when I explained that I had not seen the last-minute date change made by the booking platform: "You should have worn glasses."
A lack of respect and consideration that absolutely does not make one want to stay in this establishment devoid of humanity.
