Perfect for a family

Everything was perfect
Much cheaper than on chamonix even if you have to drive
It would have been nice to be able to pick up the keys even late at night because we had planned evening in chamonix and had to pick up the keys at the hotel before...
So waste of time... and mountain road
Just this point to improve because everything else is to be noted 5/5
We will return again with family it is on thank you to the kind people of this hotel

The receptionist is very unfriendly; we felt like we were bothering him
The organizers of the LA DOUZE race recommended this hotel, but it is a big mistake. The awards ceremony takes place at 8:30 PM, and we returned to the hotel to eat around 9 PM, but it was too late; there was no more service. The breakfast buffet at €13 is expensive for what is offered, a croissant for two. 8:30 AM may have been too late for breakfast.

We know we have neighbors.

Very embarrassing not knowing if we will manage to park on a parking lot poorly cleared of snow.
The apartments are very poorly soundproofed. It feels like we have in our room people who roll their suitcases in the hallway, those who drop objects above or next to them and those who laugh up to hour when they are even further away. Otherwise clean hotel and buffet meal nothing to say

2nd time we come for a holiday next to the adjacent plain ski resort.
Small apartment perfect for us, convenient and staff of the great establishment.

Super low quality

The receptionist didn’t care when I informed him that the Wi-Fi wasn’t working for any of the guests. He told me I should “enjoy my vacation” and that I didn’t need Wi-Fi!
