Clean and affordable place to stay, in the industrial quarter of Perpignan. A 5-minute drive to the town center.

Lompe farmers

Hotel is perfect for us on the way to southern Spain. During our second stay our dog was suddenly no longer welcome during breakfast, we were rather rudely referred outside among the smokers. We should have seen there was a sticker with a no-dog sign. Well, and pay 7 euros a night. Filed a complaint with AllAcor about that, who referred the matter to the manager of the hotel. Got a hautaine reaction back. Fortunately, there are staff who are more moderate with it. Last time we had two tickets for welcome drinks because of the Allacor loyalty program but, of course, according to the waiter we were only entitled to one drink. Made some mash and we ended up with two drinks. Yet another complaint was filed and then we received a large compensation from Allacor. But that was the last time. What a farmer over there. We now continue to northern Spain. Where the customer is still king.

Staff at varying levels

This hotel is located in the middle of the Saint-Charles industrial zone.
Not much to do in the evening, it's better to have a car.
Quite small rooms, bedding and sheets that tend to get rid of the mattress.
Breakfast very average.
Staff members provide a very uneven level of service.
There is an important turn over, I could see 5 different employees at the reception during my stay, even turn over regarding night watchmen.
We go from excellence to mediocrity in an instant.
This lack of homogeneity is regrettable.
I recommend this property for a short stay.

A mattress pad for what? And a bottom sheet that didn't fit, sheet not wide enough! But fortunately well slept.clean room .RDC.meal prepared in advance but good . savory and sweet breakfast.evening meal , warmed up again but varied and good .
