Great stay.

Very good hotel. We stayed there for two nights. The front desk staff is very professional and friendly. As well as the waiters and waitresses of the restaurant. The dishes on the menu were very good. The breakfast was hearty.

Very disappointing

Cold welcome upon arrival; the person never looked us in the face. In the evening at the restaurant, we waited an infinite amount of time between each dish, the salmon lasagna was swimming in oil, and the dessert was surely thawed. The breakfast was horrible; at 9 AM there were many people and nothing left to eat, no one to replenish the buffet, we had to go ask for a piece of bread, at 13 euros 90 for breakfast, it is a shame. We will not return there.

Very disappointed for the price

Concernant le petit-déjeuner, la situation que vous décrivez est effectivement inhabituelle. Il est possible qu'une arrivée importante de clients sur une courte période ait rendu le réapprovisionnement du buffet plus difficile pour la personne en charge ce matin-là. Toutefois, nous comprenons votre déception et nous veillerons à rappeler l'importance d'un suivi régulier afin que chaque client puisse profiter pleinement de cette prestation.
Nous regrettons également que le plat commandé par votre compagnon ne lui ait pas convenu et que cette expérience ait terni votre séjour.

Stayed there many times, the hotel rooms/staff very good, but the evening meal and breakfast was not as good as before. Same menu but cheaper products.i.e. before fillet fish in sauce, but now fish with bones and sauce. The breakfast was not as plentiful as before. It's a same as the hotel is spotless and staff lovely.
