Unpleasant surprise

We had booked the room on courtyard and the owner assigned us the other room on street. The two nights we stayed were extremely noisy. The bedding too hard, the towels very rough, limestone at the shower.
The positive, breakfast with good products.
We do not recommend this address.

Disappointed!

We were Looking forward to our stay. We had booked directly with the hotel via email and received a confirmation. We also had the instruction from the hotel to call one hour before arrival. We had a code to enter the hotel. So, we are on the train from Neuchatel and we call to announce our arrival. Only to find out that there was no reservation in our name and that the hotel was closed! We received an apologi and some help to book a room in another hotel. Luckily Pontarlier is a big town with plenty of options. So, my advice is to double-double check your reservation!

Beautiful property with fantastic host

We visited in June as part of our motorcycle trip around France, Arlette is a wonderful host who made us feel extremely welcome for our two night stay. The property is stunning and can only be described as first class. The breakfast is freshly home made and just superb and Arlette I so friendly it was a pleasure practicing our French language with her. We will certainly visit again next year and its location to the town is excellent, thank you Arlette, Chris,Simon and Phillip
