Incredible

We would like to warmly thank the entire hotel team as well as the manager for their exceptional welcome.
We were welcomed in an emergency after evacuating our home due to the fires, in a particularly difficult and trying context. Upon our arrival, we were received with great kindness, attentiveness, and humanity.
The entire team showed great understanding and was available at every moment. The manager was particularly attentive and did everything possible to ensure we felt safe and supported.
Thanks to their kindness, professionalism, and empathy, they managed to make this moment much more pleasant despite the circumstances. We will never forget their welcome and their generosity.
MR.
A huge thank you to the entire team. We recommend this hotel with our eyes closed.

An excellent hotel

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel well in all respects
Pleasant Welcoming, Comfortable Room, Pleasant Swimming Pool, Very Nice View (for Mountain/Swimming Pool Rooms
Breakfast is expensive (17€) but excellent
Only downside: the toilet in the bathroom which in fact is a little small for a 4 stars.
There is no restaurant

Don't use ! You have been warned !

Arrived late afternoon and after checking the website we booked a room , not the cheapest but advertised with Aircon , restaurant, bar , laundry and service. Apart from. A/c Nothing else is available. The receptionist told me that the website is a lie and there is no staff for the restaurant or bar so they are always closed! I was given the name of restaurants in the town that I could use but as it was Sunday they were closed ! Best Western is the worst!!! Will never use again and suggest that you done either!

Dear Talbot D,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
We would like to clarify that during your stay, the **bar was indeed open**, as advertised, and available to all guests. While the restaurant was closed that day, we understand how frustrating it must have been for you, we guided you to nearby dining options open on a Sunday — a challenge in many towns, especially on weekends.
As soon as we became aware that you were not fully satisfied with your room, we took immediate steps to change it in order to ensure your comfort — something we are always happy to do whenever possible. We do our best to accommodate all our guests’ needs, even in challenging circumstances.
We regret that you left with a negative impression and appreciate your feedback,
Warm regards,
Noémie
