I really enjoyed my stay. The welcome was warm and the services quality. The room was clean and comfortable. I recommend without hesitation

Lack of luck?

Spacious room certainly, but:
No towel.
Dirty bathroom.
Reception that does not answer calls after 7pm.
Television that doesn't pick up...

Location excellent - receptionist friendly, room clean but otherwise very average. Paid extra for breakfast which was very average too in comparison to your typical French continental
(charcuterie, cheese, yoghurt included) none of theses last 3 were included.

Great location by the river and across from the main town centre and cathedral. Very smart exterior but rather basic inside. Rooms clean. No bar. Shower over bath with no shower curtain so bathroom floor very wet. Garage around the back of hotel accessible from another street.
If you just want somewhere to sleep its ok

Hotel not recommended

Stayed at the duplex hotel for 1 night, many problems:
As soon as I pass through the reception I am asked 15 euros for the parking while the site is indicated that it is closed and free. The parking lot wouldn't close. I refused to pay.
No heating in the bathroom; Lack of cleanliness in the room (doors, floor, ...) and catastrophic condition of the terrace (cigarette butts, presence of foam on the seat and table); No coffee maker then what is provided for in the description.
The next morning, no buffet, 1 croissant, 1 chocolate bread, bread, jam, served instead. The height for a hotel in Brittany .... No butter, even after having claimed it!
Brief bad experience at the duplex hotel, I do not recommend.
