A Wonderful Stay at Four Points by Sheraton Reims Cathédrale

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Reims Cathédrale. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome, attention to detail, and overall quality of the hotel.
A special thank you to Lucie at the front desk and her wonderful team. They were genuinely kind, professional, and welcoming. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.
The breakfast was exceptional. The selection was generous and beautifully presented, with plenty of choices, excellent quality, and wonderful coffee. The ladies working during breakfast were particularly attentive and thoughtful, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Our room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches such as bathrobes and slippers, which added an extra sense of comfort and luxury.
The hotel itself was exceptionally well maintained. Even the side staircase and common areas were spotless and cared for, which says a lot about the attention to detail throughout the property. Having complimentary Wi-Fi and convenient luggage storage was also very appreciated.
We especially loved the pool and the outdoor area, which were lovely spaces to relax after exploring Reims and the Champagne region. The outdoor setting was particularly pleasant and gave the hotel a wonderful atmosphere.
Overall, this was a beautiful, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming hotel experience. The combination of excellent service, a lovely room, outstanding breakfast, thoughtful amenities, and beautiful leisure areas made our stay memorable.
Thank you, Lucie, and thank you to the entire Four Points team for making us feel so welcome. We would absolutely return and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Reims.

Beware if you have a car, even though they say they have parking, it's extremely limited with only around 10 spaces, which for a fairly new hotel in a tourist region where a good % have cars is pretty poor. We got lucky with street parking right by the door on a Saturday evening, and there are no street parking charges on a Sunday, but there are every other day of the week.
Also if you have luggage, for some crazy reason, they built the main entrance up about 6-7 steps. There is NO ramp to take your bags or a baby stroller up, there is only a small wheelchair lift. Crazy design.

Everything was perfect, really. Nice, newly renovated, clean room; cute in-door swimming pool; excellent staff. After one time, the staff member remembered how I like my coffee. We needed a slightly later check out, and it was immediately approved. An excellent hotel!

Great location, friendly staff, great service

Terrific location in center of Reims. Walk to cathedral & shopping & cafes. Friendly staff and excellent service. Very welcoming. Running trail right across the canal which goes as far as you want. Not far from champagne houses, easy walk or quick Uber. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay, excellent staff and overall the property was very clean. Secure parking and very nice pool. Breakfast was good. We forgot an item in the room and were contacted by the receptionist Tina which I thought was even customer service. Will definitely come again.
