Very helpful staff, excellent stay
We were at the four points with a tour group. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room were well appointed and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Amelie Billet went above and beyond by handling our shipment of souvenirs and trinkets back to the states through the local MBE. Thank you! I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel appears recently renovated and looks fresh and fashionable.
A Close walk to all the very average food offerings. Reims boasts the amazing Champagne region but fails with it’s quality of food).

We were surprised because the hotel changed its name, Campanile to Four Points by Sheraton Reims Cathédrale. But it was a very good surprise. The hotel is very well located, comfortable with spacious room and breakfast is note 10 (variety, excellent quality products, delicious "viennoiseries", etc.) The staff at the reception, breakfast and ourers (chambers...) are very kind, polite and helpful. Very appreciated stay
First of all, great welcome! By Jonathan, always smiling, attentive, and very considerate.
The assistant manager was very efficient and very present.
And also the entire reception team, the bartender .
The functional room had a small, very pleasant terrace. Very comfortable bed, and soundproof room: impeccable sleep!
The breakfast offers savory and sweet options… the small pancakes are delicious!
We really enjoyed the indoor spaces, foosball, very pleasant lounges...
The pool area is a real plus during this heatwave! Equipped with very comfortable loungers and sofas....
The hotel even provided evening snacks (salads, pokés) that I did not taste, but it is still a plus!
The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the cathedral, right by the canal, and it accepts dogs, which is appreciated .
In short, a very enjoyable stay!

Wonderful hotel in quiet area
We stayed here for 2 nights near the end of May during some high temperatures and we have no bad words to say about the hotel!
The rooms were clean, cool thanks to the air-con and recently refurbished with smart TVs in the rooms.
Bed was super comfy and large, didn’t want to get up in the morning it was so comfortable! The blackout was very good as well and they have great tea/coffee facilities in the room.
The area the hotel is located in was super quiet as it’s in a more residential area just outside the main part of Reims but is only a short walk to the cathedral and the main part.
The breakfast buffet was not large but had a decent selection of both continental and hot options.
We didn’t use the swimming pool so unable to comment on that, but we did stop by the bar and also enjoyed playing table football that they have next to the bar area.
We used their underground carpark which was super helpful to keep the car cool in the 30+ degree heat we experienced.
We would happily stay here again and recommend others to do as well!
