Stay like a local

You never know exactly what you're getting when you stay in someone's home; do not worry about that here. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The location is fantastic, provided you don't mind a bit of noise throughout the night from the tavern across the street. The room was bigger than most hotel rooms in France. The only real downside is that the toilet was down the hallway, not in or even adjacent to the room. Breakfast was also nice. You really can't do any better for this price.

Amazing location in heart of Rennes

We (family of 4) absolutely loved this apartment/suite in the heart of the old quarter of Rennes. The location is fantastic - right beside Cathedral Saint Pierre and walking distance to everything in the city centre. There is a bakery downstairs and an English pub across the road. Lovely views from the balconies. The apartment is very well equipped but there is no lift and no air conditioning. The kids loved the mezzanine bedroom. Breakfast was delicious and fresh - french bread, croissants, orange juice & coffee. The only downside of the city centre location was the noise at night but if you're able to sleep with the windows closed you won't hear anything. Would highly recommend this place for an authentic stay in the historic city of Rennes.

Impeccable

“First and foremost this is not a Hotel. It is a series of rooms in a town house resembling a ' Bed & Breakfast' establishment.
Having said that, the suite we had, albeit on the the third floor with lots of stairs, was impeccable. The patron could not have been more helpful. He met us at the street level entrance and carried our heavy case to our suite. Booked superb restaurants for the two nights we were there. Breakfast was served in the room. He also escorted to me to the car park, which being only 200 yards on foot, was a complicated drive round the one way system. Finally the location is probably the best in Rennes.”

Me siento engañado y maltratado por la direccion del hotel

Me he sentido maltratado Por la dirección del hotel no contestan a los email para preguntar por temas básicos y necesarios antes de llegar al hotel . La información que facilitan no es cierta no dicen la realidad del establecimiento .localización. acceso.etc..... Si pueden te cobran más de lo contratado sin respetar acontecimientos extraordinarios y excepcionales que te impidan alojarte en el hotel por circunstancias excepcionales. . Un engaño en toda regla porque no dan soluciones al tener que anular una reserva en este hotel de Rennes que se llama Le Cuatre decepción total y engaño . Se aprovechan todo lo que pueden. Se quedaron con mi dinero por anular reserva que pensaba estaba en plazo de anulación y no estaba en plazo por un solo día y fue porque no contestaban a mis preguntas y al no contestar no podía quedarme en ese hotel si no me confirmaban ciertas preguntas que envie y que necesitaba tener respuesta para no perjudicar mi viaje. Y luego solicité al menos devolución del 50% y nunca recibí respuesta después de varios correos denuncie ante booking y no me dieron solución ni respuesta se quedaron con todo mi dinero. Fatal

Au coeur de Rennes

Idéalement situé dans l'hypercentre. Appartement propre et spacieux.
Pour les amoureux de pubs il y en a un juste en bas avec comme barmaids de vrais irlandais.
Pour les réfractaires niveau bruit il y a un double vitrage efficace.
Petit voire gros bémol qui n'est pas la faute de l'hôte, des jeunes irrespectueux déambulent toute la nuit et vociférent sans se soucier de quiconque.
Donc soit vous fermez les fenêtres soit vous supportez.
Petit déjeuner sympa avec du vrai jus d'orange.
