Rocamadour
The location of the hotel is excellent . It is right in the middle of Rocamadour.
The staff were excellent from when we arrived to when we left.
They were professional, enthusiastic and very friendly.
We had a very good sized room that was spotless and looked over the valley.
We had an amazing meal in the restaurant at a table overlooking the valley.
Thank you all for our wonderful stay.

Great Place
We had an excellent stay at the Hôtel Beau Site in Rocamadour. Everything was truly on point!
The room was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant, with quality bedding. The location is ideal for fully enjoying Rocamadour, and all the hotel staff is welcoming, smiling, and always available.
We also dined at the restaurant and it was a very nice surprise. The dishes were delicious, well presented, prepared with good products, and the portions were generous. The service was impeccable: the servers were attentive, professional, and very kind.
We unfortunately witnessed a rather unpleasant scene where a customer lashed out at the servers over trifles that absolutely did not justify such behavior. Despite this, the team remained remarkably calm, patient, and professional. A big bravo to them, because keeping one's cool in this type of situation deserves to be highlighted.
In summary, an establishment that we recommend without hesitation, both for the quality of the hotel and that of the restaurant. Thank you to the whole team for your welcome and your work, we will return with great pleasure!

High expectations that fell flat
We had really bad luck with this hotel.
We didn’t get the room we booked and and prepayed for about 2 months earlier to out stay.
When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they didn’t have that room (with a valley view) instead we got a room which were suppose to be a ”upgrade”. It wasn’t an upgrade. It was a few square meters bigger but had tiny windows towards a street with pretty loud music.
Turned out that the shower wall was leaking out a ”river” on the bathroom floor when taking a shower. Slippery and sliding , just lucky we did not fall. They really took a chance renting out a room with a bathroom like that.
The bed was not good for 2 people, when one person moved the whole bed was moving like a boat on open sea. No valley view as promised and a bathroom with 5 cm water on the floor - and not sleeping well - not happy with this experience.

Absolute bucket-list location. Excellent staff and restaurant. Helpful amenities like free parking (on street 200m away) and a lift. Lovely clean & comfortable, well designed rooms.

Bucket list stuff, just do it!
Absolutely stunning location and just oozes romance. The hotel has authentic character, amazing staff (especially the patient young lady on reception who I forgot to get her name). Rooms (we had Rm16) are well designed with very comfortable beds, an assortment of pillows and good aircon, and good view of the Sanctuary. A lift is also available always a nice touch in Europe! Make sure you dine in the restaurant. One of the most pleasant lunches I’ve had ever with a view of the gorge while sitting under lovely trees on the terrace (there is indoor dining as well).
