Perfect stay

This is the third time we have stayed at this guesthouse, and it is always a real pleasure.
The rooms are very spacious, with excellent quality bedding and a high-end bathroom. The breakfast is perfect, varied, and delicious.
The house is remarkable, with magnificent rooms and vast spaces. The pool is a real plus, just like the ideal location for discovering Rochefort.
But what really makes the difference is the exceptional welcome from the hosts. After several experiences in other guest houses, I can say that it is, by far, the best welcome we have received.
An address that we recommend without the slightest hesitation and where we will return with great pleasure.

Great weekend

A great weekend in this superbly and tastefully restored guesthouse. Everything was perfect.
Sandrine and Pascal are charming.
Very comfortable room.

Perfect location in Rochefort, close to all the remarkable sites and great restaurants. Warm welcome from Sandrine and Pascal, who are very attentive. The house is beautiful and decorated with great taste. Delicious breakfast in the veranda or by the pool… hurry up!

A true gem in Rochefort!

Our stay at L’Esprit du 8 was one of the best B&B experiences we have had so far. Sandrine and Pascal are exceptional hosts who care for their guests with a lot of passion, attention, and personal commitment.
The house is centrally located yet quiet, allowing for easy exploration of the old town of Rochefort on foot. The secured parking lot in the courtyard is a big plus. We were particularly impressed by the lovely retro-style decor. There are interesting details and collectibles to discover everywhere, without it feeling cluttered.
The modern bathroom harmoniously fits into the stylish ambiance. The large garden with swimming pool offers a wonderful place to relax.
However, the absolute highlight was the breakfast. Fresh local products, many homemade delicacies, and a presentation that leaves nothing to be desired.
The Spirit of 8 is much more than just accommodation. It is a place with character, personality, and exceptional hospitality. Many thanks to Sandrine and Pascal for this unforgettable stay. We would come back anytime.

A very pleasant short stay.

We loved this beautiful place with 2 very welcoming hosts. Beautiful restoration and decoration of this private hotel. Our one-night stay was very peaceful and warm. Large room and large bathroom, good bedding. Excellent breakfast. In summary, everything was perfect.
