Lovely staff, on top!

Well, okay, this is a B&B, so not great. BUT: super adorable staff, accommodating, listening, a real happiness. I have to spend about 130 nights in a hotel a year, and that's rare enough to be highlighted.

To flee

I really wonder how this hotel can display three stars. Upon arrival, we are informed that parking costs €9, although no information on this was mentioned when booking on the app.
Upon entering the room, we find that there is only one towel for two: so I had to go back to ask for another one (booking made for 2 people again on the app). Then, with the stifling heat, we tried to turn on the air conditioning... only to discover that, even if set at the minimum (10°), it blows hot air.
After reporting it to the reception, one person came to see the problem, then another during our absence. Upon our return, we are first informed that the air conditioning is not working and that no other rooms are available. Then, a second person (probably the person in charge) specifies that they are not producing cold “at the moment” since it is not the period — which, for me, simply does not correspond to an air conditioning.
As a result, we have to spend the night in an overheated room, just as we had to agree to pay for unadvertised parking. Between the lack of information when booking and misleading advertising about allegedly air-conditioned rooms, the experience is very disappointing. Thank you B&B Hotels...

Receptionist sees dogs?? While there are no animals
I was stuck in the elevator between two floors for 30m while the elevator company intervened.
Access to the room is done by dialing a code by key.. if you do not press hard enough after 3 times, you have to call the reception to open you.. I have never seen such an outdated system

water and wind rooms that pass inside , 3rd person sleeps on the ground on a vulgar little mattress , illicit products inside this hotel , smell and these products inside elevator , and corridor floor , iniction to have drink , despite payment , execrable staff , refusals customers who have nothing to reproach themselves , under excuse lie hotel complete what their site and site , reservation , proved that they were lying . requires regulation taxes already regulated employed assault customers , and after accuse customers assault which is totally false boronl by customers after 10 pm and change , furniture in the lobby after 222 hrs without counting the noise outside . refusal hot drink at the bar under false pretext coffee maker no longer works they have themselves proved the contrary again on site . hotel etc etc etc hotel to flee . they tell that lies . and they are surprised that they did not customers
