Poor Service

A central hotel in a nice location. Unfortunately the two staff - day reception/ breakfast service are extremely poor and rude lacking customer service, not replenishing breakfast produce and refilling juice/coffee machine.

4 stars questionable

Let’s say that from a 4 star and 375 € for two nights (breakfast included) something questionable is there.Positive notes location in a fairly quiet street 20min from the RER and almost in front of the bus stop, very large room and much appreciated the fact of finding a bottle of water (even if the fridge is missing) and especially the nespresso coffee pods with its coffee machine and good breakfast.Negative notes:first of all I find it absurd that in 2025 at the reception there is not a person, even young, who speaks English .The structure is very dated and the old carpet does not convey a feeling of clean.The bed has an inconvenient mattress, I would not say soft but broken through and very much used (practically looks like a U when you lie down), Tried to connect to Wi-Fi but it was not possible to connect (2 floor).Lastly I try to dry my hair and a piece of the phone (the grille for protecting the speaker) comes off and it is evident that it was so for a long time), too bad because the structure would have a little 'potential if it were rearranged and made a little 'more modern

I was given the key to a room with people at midnight. Then told no more rooms despite confirmed reservation. Was let go in the street at midnight with no options! Staff barely speak any English. Run away from this place!!

Reservation cancelled on site!

I advised a friend from the United States to book this hotel (room booked online on Expedia). He arrives at 1am, the receptionist confirms the reservation and gives him the key. My friend goes upstairs and finds that THERE ARE PEOPLE sleeping in the room. There are no other rooms available. We simply cancel his reservation, we offer him a small bottle of water before being alone on the street at 1am. He desperately searched several hotels without finding online availability. A hotel offers him a room only in cash with an exorbitant price.
He received the refund a few days later without any compensation despite my calls.
