Elegance in simplicity is in a word good taste

Everything is perfect. The environment: a majestic nature; then inside
the refined set-up and decoration; the impeccable, courteous and kind Service; from breakfast to dinner an exceptional quality, taste and creativity... talking about high-level professionalism would not be enough, it would not say the simplicity in elegance that seems to me the mark of the Hydrangea ... and its master that is to say of its soul.

beautiful discovery

the hotel site and especially the terrace of the restaurant are superb...The hotel is very comfortable, large rooms, classroom bathroom with jet bathtub, bathrobes , and large bath sheets, not necessarily common..The cuisine of the restaurant is inventive, with very sought-after flavors.The cellar is offered mainly with productions from the region, which allowed me to discover the coasts of Thau, which I did not know, unlike the other locals.two small regrets: a few Service errors, and a menu that does not renew after two days, so that we are forced to eat the same thing again, so we do not stay more than two days, since there are only two starters and two main dishes.But all this is relatively secondary.We will return quickly, this establishment is perfect to visit the massif of the espinouze.

Merite le detour

We came here with our bicycles and were allowed to park them inside the hall. A very nice stay. You can eat very tasty food in the restaurant. We also thought the breakfast was great. Everything fresh and on the table (so no buffet). The room is spacious and light and has a good bed. You can walk straight into the nice village. The only downside is the bathroom. A bath with (hand) shower. Our tip: take out the bath and put in a large shower. But certainly no reason not to go here. We will come back sometime.

Very nice accommodation options not so far from Beziers

Very nice location and super friendly staff and super tasty food, beautiful room that was very clean and located in the middle of nature above the village. For dinner you can choose from a starter, main course and dessert or cheese, all prepared with super fresh regional products. Very nice wine list with almost all organic wines from the region for a reasonable price.
The breakfast was more than sufficient with a home-made bread, croissant, chocolate roll and jam and cheese, freshly cut fruit, yoghurt.
We will definitely return.

Perfect !

Everything was perfect, the team made us feel very welcome, we felt a real desire to please and make us feel good in this guest room. The breakfast is extraordinary, everything is homemade and delicious.
