Smješten u parku površine 3 hektara, hotel Delcloy s 3 zvjezdice nudi panoramski pogled na Sredozemno more i zaljev Baie des Fourmis. Objekt je obnovljen u ožujku 2017.

The location can’t be better. Close to beach, bus and train. Absolutely amazing view from the terrace and pool area. The room were alright and the everyday cleaning was good. Missed towels for the pool. All and all very priceworthy!

The good pool makes up for a rather dated and worn hotel. Much of the common area indoors is very worn, while outdoors is very nice. The location is very good and a big plus. Recommend the hotel to keep the common areas and toilets by the pool cleaner. Some outdoor furniture was also broken and needs replacing. Small changes and costs would make this a better hotel.

Amazing location, could not fault that!
Positives- location, outside bar area, nice clean rooms, comfy bed, room air con was good. Nice breakfast. Great swimming pool, lots of inflatables and balls. Laid back staffs

Negatives - terrible wifi. No air con in any other communal area which surprised us!
Very little information about available food or snacks from the bar or restaurant, no idea how the restaurant worked, seemed to be just one main course on offer each evening which seemed strange for such a big restaurant..
we were under the impression that no food was available in the daytime until we happened to see people eating lunch from the bar on our final day, we had no idea they served food, no menus were obvious..
it’s a pain if you are using the pool area and want a drink or ice cream from the bar as you have to come all the way out of the pool area which is a bit of an effort.
Drinks, especially soft drinks were expensive
No fridge in bedrooms which was hard going when the weather was incredibly hot and humid. This would be a great addition.
Breakfast was good but distinct lack of fruit (some apples and bananas) but would have been great to have some sliced watermelon or pineapple
Also some sliced tomato would have been good
We were surprised when we checked out by car parking charges of over €90 for the week- we had checked in very late but were not told about these at the time, I even emailed the hotel before we arrived to ask but no repl

Planned, and prepaid, to stay 4 days, left after 2! Location and view is great, everything else is truly terrible!
Ants invasion in the room at check in. Told the front desk who sent cleaners the next day to no avail.
Heavy smell of mold in the room and visible fungus in shower.
Ants also all over the breakfast buffé. Abundance of pigeons and associated feces inside and outside the dining area. One of em took a dump in our yoghurt while eating.
A boy threw up violently on the door and floor of the breakfast diner; they wiped the floor, left the door. Dried vomit still on the door the next morning.
No refund with the motivation that ”you live in nature”, accompanied with a shoulder shrug, with regards to the ants. Even though shown pictures and video of ants in bed, bathroom, towels, tables, floors.
The whole resort is in a poor worn down state and hasen’t been cleaned since de Gaulle was president.
The staff is about as freindly and forthcoming as an airport security line!
Undoubtedly the worst Hotel experience of my life this far. Avoid at all cost for a good time, but a must stay if conducting a case study in Hotel and service mismanagement.

This is a resort best suited for elderly or families with young children. It is really nice, but the pictures might exadurate the grandness and luxury a bit. The whole resort is a bit old and may need a bit of renovation. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was not according to my expectations, neither the breakfast room or the food served. I got flashbacks to being a kid at camp. The pool and outdoors patio is beautiful, but lacks shade.
