Very comfortable bed. Lovely hotel. Just across from the train station so ideal when arriving by train. Staff very friendly. Room cleaned daily and towels changed. Would stay here again.

Great location if you’re coming in on the train, it’s located across the street from the train station. Easy walk to great restaurants, shopping and the beach. Staff was helpful.

Worst hotel I've ever been to

The Hotel has 3 stars and they do not even reach the quality of mediocre hostel. They are old rooms with Gotelé and need to renew the floor that lacks pieces. Antique bathtub too high. No breakfast service has not even a toaster, bread was from the previous day advertise that they speak three languages and although they understand Spanish they can not answer decently
Except for a receptionist, the rest of the staff is nasty
The situation in nefarious, with homeless at the door and the state of the rooms, lousy all broken with cobwebs tangle of cables hidden behind strips
The doors have dirt that doesn't come out of the bed, it's so used it sinks

Lamentamos mucho leer que su estancia no haya correspondido en absoluto a lo que esperaba, y le agradecemos que se haya tomado el tiempo de detallar cada punto.
Tomamos muy en serio sus comentarios sobre el estado de las habitaciones y las instalaciones, así como sobre el servicio de desayuno, que no fueron a la altura de lo que debe ofrecer nuestro establecimiento. También lamentamos que el trato de parte del personal no haya sido el adecuado en esta ocasión, algo que no es representativo de los valores que exigimos a nuestro equipo. Sus comentarios han sido trasladados a los equipos correspondientes para que se tomen las medidas necesarias.
Esperamos tener la oportunidad de recibirle de nuevo y demostrarle un servicio a la altura de sus expectativas.
