Lovely logis with good restaurant
We stayed here by luck having changed our plans.
Excellent room...clean, sunny balcony, big bathroom and quiet.
Parking outside for our car.
Really friendly and helpful lady on reception.
It seemed a little out of town so we ate in their restaurant. Good food if a little pricey,

Pleasant weekend!
We had the incredible luck to book the only room left on the official site to stay in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, and honestly, it was the morning of our departure. Phew! Saved! Superior room with a balcony. Very pleasant welcome from very kind people it's clean, it smells good, and that's already very appreciated. The restaurant is great; we had a good meal. The breakfast is decent, a bit expensive though. In short, I highly recommend this hotel with an indoor pool and elevator!

We stayed at the three-star Hotel Le Robinson, and our experience was generally positive.
We stayed at the three-star Hotel Le Robinson, and our experience was generally positive, but with some room for improvement.
First of all, we would like to highlight the quality of the staff, who were very pleasant and professional overall. The property is also clean and well maintained, which is always appreciable.
The restaurant deserves a special mention: the dishes were excellent, really nothing wrong with the quality of the cuisine. However, the service time is far too long, the wait was particularly excessive, to the point of wasting precious time that we would have preferred to spend enjoying the beach or visiting the surrounding area.
Regarding the reception, an important negative: the person who took our reservation by phone seemed totally lost, and this was confirmed during the billing. This situation is clearly unprofessional and should be reviewed.
The room, although clean, turned out to be much smaller than the photos suggest. The furnishings are also perfectible: no nightstand on one side (replaced by a chair), and an extremely small balcony. At this price level, we expected better.
Finally, the pool is nice, but the water seemed pretty cool to us, unlike the announced temperature of 28°C.
In short, a hotel with real strengths (cleanliness, staff, catering), but also important areas of improvement, particularly on the reception, restaurant service and the quality/price ratio of the rooms.

A very friendly and professional hotel and restaurant
We are satisfied with our stay at the hotel, attentive and pleasant staff. Clean and spacious room with a separate bathroom. An outdoor balcony.
The hotel restaurant is really excellent, with fine and tasty cuisine. The Service Department staff is passionate, you can feel it.
Thank you to the entire restaurant and hotel team.

Disappointing
We had lunch at the restaurant this lunch. The kitchen is okay but it lacks generosity. The tentacles were few in number when the mussels of the mouth, little opened. Our biggest disappointment with duck breasts. It is not a magret but a half that is served. When we ask why, we are told: it is a top quality product so we put few. For Service, the cata. No salt, no pepper, and we had to ask every time.

Sachez que toutes nos portions sont pesées avec soin afin de garantir cohérence et qualité. Nous travaillons uniquement avec des produits frais et cuisinés maison.
Concernant le magret, nous nous souvenons de votre remarque sur Paris où il est, selon vous, toujours servi entier. Ce n’est pas systématique : chez nous, la portion correspond au prix et à la qualité du produit proposé. Remarque que nous entendons pour la 1ère fois.
Quant au service, nous regrettons que vous n’ayez pas perçu les efforts de notre équipe, habituellement très appréciée pour son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance. Le sel et le poivre sont disponibles à la demande, et il suffit effectivement de le signaler pour être servis.
Nous faisons de notre mieux chaque jour, nous ne sommes certainement pas parfaits mais avons réellement à cœur d’offrir à nos clients un agréable moment.
