Our room was really clean and well equipped
Restaurant and bar were really good as
Staff were really nice,helpful and knowledgeable
Lovely breakfast and lunch
And the pool was a Godsend in the heat of Paris!

Very disappointing, poor service
Hotel is fine for a 1 night stay if you're visiting the flea and antique markets. Road is nice and quiet, but I wouldn't recommend for any longer stays. Rooms are small, and we had a suite. Bathroom had mould and is very cramped, no storage or hanging space. Only 6 hangers for 2 of us for a 4 night stay. Kettle and coffee machine both broken, took 24 hours to sort but we still had to pay for tea and coffee at bar. Air con in room very inefficient so gets very hot on a sunny Paris day. Pool area nothing like in photos, dirty, no towel facility, beds are old and some broken, old broken tables dumped in overgrowth around the edge. Gardens are very overgrown and full of weeds, obviously not maintained. Feels more like an up market hostel, not a 4 star hotel. Road is nice, but within 200 metres of a dodgy part of Paris, big police presence on streets, homeless and shanty type living on streets, I definitely wouldn't walk from the hotel so had to get cabs everywhere. Used laundry facility and wasn't returned in time for our departure so they had to post them back to us, have now got lost with the courier (3 weeks later not received) and the hotel have been very unhelpful in contacting shipping company to sort, despite me contacting them many times.

Disappointing to come to France and they don’t have Brie at breakfast. The staff that works the breakfast and dinner are quick to get your room number for register but so very slow to refill bread and toppings. Also insanely loud music during breakfast and dinner. We saw this every day for 6 days. Rooms are clean and cool design. We missed a tv, the hotel has a no tv policy and we like to decompress at night after a long day in busy Paris.
Free minibar is water with gas and still. Snacktime in the lounge is oranges and water with oranges.
It says the hotel restaurant menu varies but we got the same menu every day for two different weeks. Had two dinners and a lunch and the food is ok, not more. The smaller rooms are hot and gets noisy at night from the street. We had one room at 1 floor and one suite at 6th floor. Both rooms are beautiful and housekeeping very good. The staff in reception are very friendly and speak English. Kitchen/servers are slow and seem not interested in guests. One wore grey sweatpants while serving!
Absolutely recommend 6th floor suite with terrace, and overall the hotel is very worth it if you lower expectations after reading their information. For the most time we were very pleased with our stay.

Clean room, very comfortable bed. The neighborhood is quaint with a sprinkle of grunge. Cafes and grocery store in walking distance. Short walk to bus (3) min and a 25 min ride into city center proper.

Room maintenance was poor - both bedside lamps and bathroom tap broken. Also noisy party with DJ in lobby/bar area could be heard in the room on 3rd floor until midnight on a Thursday night - had to walk through the party to reach lifts to rooms. Aircon in room is insufficient at cooling room. Staff offered no advance notice of noise or apology for poor maintenance of room when informed.
