This hotel has many positives: very nice staff, great air con, very comfy bed, pretty room, beautiful terrace (it did not face the ocean but was still lovely), coffee in room!, convenient to little restaurants and good grocery store.
The negatives:4:00 check in is a little obnoxious-3:00 more reasonable. Also- this is probably a U.S. thing- be aware that you need to pay for lounge chairs and sun umbrellas by the pool. And not cheap- 30 euro each.
Overall we liked our stay and would recommend it.

Nestled in the hillside above the sea, lies the second largest resort village in Europe (fun fact we learnt during our stay). The hotel itself is great with nice rooms and speedy check-in. The village is great and offer a wide variety of shops, restaurants and activities. You'll never be bored here and there a two nice pools.
We stayed here for four nights and loved it. Highly recommend 👍

the room was spacious with a sprawling view of the sea landscape. Though the check in location was not well described, the staff was very accommodating

Health Alert: Attention to the customer management of the group
Notice to families: Following an infestation of bed insects observed at the residence of Loches (with live parasites captured in front of the staff), the Pierre & Vacances group refuses any responsibility. A 3-year-old exposed, an emergency night at the hotel at our expense, and customer service that denies the facts despite the evidence. To this day, they even keep the tourist tax for nights not spent. Practices unworthy of such a group. File SignalConso (DGCCRF) filed.

Tired, and needs management attention!
I wish I could rate this place higher, as we didn’t have a bad stay over all. However I think unfortunately many of the previous reviews we have read are correct . The room we were given was pleasant enough, small and snug but not bad for what we paid for it. The staff (aside from at the pool) were all pleasant and smiling). But the rooms are tired, we found strange hairs in the room, beds we had to make ourselves (!?) bins we had to take out ourselves etc… and the previous tenants dirty laundry outside of our room when we entered and WAY TOO MANY keys for the parking , room, pool etc. I mean come on, it’s a weekend holiday we had , not buying the flat. Get one room card etc that works for all. Also… not practical with a baby push chair and luggage we found, made the check in and check out process pretty uncomfortable. Above said, the village has all you need, the views are spectacular and the pool was well run / clean. It’s ok. Restaurants on site were great. I’d consider returning (even off season) if they made it a bit easier for us as a family…!

In the village centre, a 380 m² continuously heated swimming pool with a landscaped beach area is open from April until the end of October, also featuring children’s areas and water slides. The residence is proudly certified Green Key (Clef Verte), reflecting its commitment to sustainable tourism and environmentally responsible practices. The price includes beds made upon arrival, limited WiFi access for up to five devices allowing browsing and email use, charges and taxes (excluding tourism tax and application fees), access to pool areas and sports grounds (excluding tennis and archery), as well as basic activities such as fitness sessions, contests and themed evenings. Please note that tennis courts and archery activities are available at an additional cost. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe indicated in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges, and credit card is the only accepted method of payment. For children aged 0 to 35 months, varied awakening games and collective outdoor activities supervised by educators are organised Monday to Friday, generally from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 onwards.
