Everything from staff to room to food to amenities to location was excellent. Our only suggestion would be to either have a larger selection of dishes on the dinner menu or to change the set dishes each day or two.

I recently spent a very agreeable few days at the Domaine de Valmouriane. The hotel is gorgeous, modern but not too modern- in a lovely verdant location close to les Baux de Provence. The staff was very kind and efficient, special shoutout to Pascale/reception, Phillipe in the bar/dining room and Michelle/pool. My room is lovely, clean and big, bathtub sprayer takes some getting used to- be careful! Room for improvement: dining room menu, i had lamb, not good...and bathrooms near pool need some attention....seems they get forgotten... Overall, i would stay there again in a heartbeat!

A dreamlike place with a beautiful garden and swimming pool surrounded by nature
This bijoux of a hotel is surrounded by nature, looks dreamy and is very quiet and secluded. It is surrounded by a large, wonderfully manicured garden with a rich plant selection and has a magnificent swimming pool. The beds are very comfortable, which was very important to us. Our Deluxe Room was spacious, had a large terrace and was equipped with minibar. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from reception to room service to restaurant. Aline from reception gave us great excursion tips and also helped us with the luggage. We liked it here so much that we just stayed three days longer.
When a hotel presents itself as a 5-star hotel and charges over €600 per night, you expect to be offered a standard in all areas. It is not fitting that the coffee machine in the restaurant runs out of milk and only works again on the third day. Also, we and some other guests once had to wait for hours until we got the food in the restaurant. You just have to cut corners and accept such shortcomings humorously and calmly and enjoy the charm of the staff. When Aline from reception helpfully stepped in once because the man had not shown up for breakfast service, we felt like her personal guests. So we give this destination a total of 5 points.

A very fine architectural work , small margin of progress
Located on a very nice site outside Saint Rémy , quietly built in the immediate vicinity of the Alpilles , the DOMAINE de V . preferred the name domaine to the race to the stars of a HOTEL . Beautifully renovated , contemporary and sober classic alliance. Peaceful lounges and terrace. An elevator allows access to the 25 rooms if necessary. The welcome is smiling.
The room * sup * remains VERY small without being able to turn around the bed or sit properly. A single window , small also offers a very nice view of the well designed garden . The bathroom is elegant and complete , bathrobes , Fragonnard products , beautiful linen , double marble basin , outdoor toilet . Bedding very well , cleanliness too
Another downside, the breakfast provided by a VERY charming lady who looks after everything, alone. Even if bread + nice quality pastries and nice cheese platter , the rest is * cheap * without being * generous * . We would have expected a homemade cake and not a ready-made marble , sausage , protein ham , fresh fruit per unit ... ( Qq better quality Easter eggs and not super walk! )
Do not forget to ask for wifi code , not communicated as well as n* phone reception - unusual (!)

Nice room
The building is beautiful and very well renovated for several years
Very Provençal in its exterior look, as soon as you go inside, this contemporary decoration with these pastel colors gives a lot of style.
The welcome is warm and professional
The rooms, very beautiful with superb materials and lots of cachet!
Breakfast is very good and complete
But the subject remains visual pollution in the bedroom with many night lights of electrical appliances: TV, coffee machine, various heating thermostats and above all, curtains not at all blackout and shutters impossible to close because rusty at the external hinges
With the lights in the park, you can see it as in broad daylight in the room: not acceptable for this level of establishment and its room rates!
Despite this, the hotel part is very good!
