Restful and rejuvenating stay

Very pleasant stay in the hotel, but also during our massage in duo with my companion. We were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and benevolence of the staff (receptionist, bartender, waiters, masseuses but also the customers with whom we were able to sympathize). We had dinner and breakfast during our stay, which pleased us a lot in terms of quality and choice. In any case, we keep a very good memory of this stay and we will return with pleasure!!

Total disappointment – Accor does not take responsibility!

I bought gift vouchers from Thalassa Sea & Spa - Novotel Oléron, which was part of the Accor group at the time of my purchase. Unfortunately, a few months later, this establishment left the Accor network, rendering my vouchers totally unusable.
Faced with this situation, I naturally turned to Accor customer service, thinking that such a renowned group would ensure a serious after-sales service. But instead of offering me a solution (refund or credit card usable in another establishment of the network), Accor completely cleared myself of any responsibility, asking me to contact the hotel... which closed or changed brand!
So I paid for a service that I will never be able to use, without any recourse or assistance from the group. An unacceptable attitude on the part of a company of this size, which shows a total lack of consideration for its customers.
If you’re thinking about buying gift vouchers from Accor, think twice: if anything goes wrong, you’ll be left behind. I strongly discourage this practice and intend to report this failure to the competent authorities (Tourism Mediation and DGCCRF).
Any advice? Avoid these purchases or choose hotel groups that really live up to their commitments to their customers!

Expected renovation

Not at all the standing of a four star can be that the closure gives meaning to this nonchalance.. very used this place is worn out.
Catering is rather commonplace.
Let's wait for the new decor and more prenieum rooms.

Very good Christmas in Oleron!

The whole family (14) keeps an excellent memory of their Christmas in this hotel...the professionalism of the staff and its kindness were noticed.
Very decent catering, the rooms are comfortable and the pool was well appreciated by all by this winter weather.

An always perfect experience

It has become a tradition in recent years, the whole family goes to the novotel Thalassa Oleron to recharge. Between the location, the view and the activities offered, everyone finds his happiness. The team is always warm and helpful. For us, the best hotel and clearly the one we enjoy coming back to.
