Very cute little room! Instagramable! We booked the junior suite and we had a massive patio!
Everything in the bar except alcohol was included and free refill. Lots of stairs but luckily they have strong staff to bring up the luggage. The location is convinent but wow its loud at night Its across the street from the fun restaurants and night clubs (Le Cafe and Pablos) Its bumpin' at night haha but thankfully the hotel has earplugs for you.
No blackout curtains so bring eye masks :)

SHOCKING, UNSANITARY AND UNSAFE — WE COULD NOT STAY HERE AND HAVE STILL NOT BEEN REFUNDED
WE DID NOT STAY. WE LEFT IMMEDIATELY DUE TO THE UNSANITARY CONDITIONS AND SAFETY CONCERNS — AND THE HOTEL HAS STILL NOT REFUNDED OUR MONEY.
After travelling from overseas for almost two days, I arrived at White 1921 Saint-Tropez with my two daughters expecting the luxury accommodation depicted in the hotel’s photographs and advertising.
What we actually found was completely different.
We photographed hair on the bed and sheets (well Im hoping it was hair and not bugs), hair on a bathrobe that clearly did not belong to us as we all have blonde hair, filthy and stained bathroom slippers that appeared to have been reused, stained sisal carpeting, badly scuffed, dirty and grimy floors, disgusting amounts of dust and dirt, and a telephone that was sticky, dusty and filthy.
Most concerning were what appeared to us to be insects or evidence potentially consistent with bed bugs. I have photographs documenting exactly what we found.
This was not simply a room that was a little tired or a housekeeping oversight. I considered the conditions so unsanitary that I would not allow my children to sleep there.
I was also deeply concerned about security. We were provided with only one room key and were expected to leave it at reception. As a mother travelling with two daughters, I was extremely uncomfortable with an arrangement whereby my daughters could potentially be asleep in the room while the only key was left downstairs and hotel staff had access to it.
There was also an incident involving a drunk and disorderly person requiring police involvement, which further heightened my concerns about remaining at the property with my children. Imagine coming back at night gate locked and hotel staff not on hand to open quick enough.
We therefore left. We did not stay a single night.
After travelling for almost two days to reach Saint-Tropez, I was left outside in the scorching heat with two children and our luggage, having to urgently find somewhere else for us to stay.
What I find extraordinary is that despite the fact that we did not stay because of the condition in which we found the accommodation, the hotel has retained our money. I have subsequently contacted the hotel seeking a refund and resolution and my emails have not been properly addressed.
The disparity between the immaculate luxury accommodation presented online and what we physically encountered was, in my experience, extraordinary. Had the accommodation been represented to us in the condition in which we found it, I would never have booked it.
I have extensive photographic evidence of the condition of the accommodation and strongly encourage prospective guests to look carefully at independent guest photographs and reviews rather than relying solely upon promotional images.
This review is an accurate account of what we personally experienced and observed. If the hotel provides the refund we have requested, I will update this review to reflect that the matter was ultimately resolved.

If you decide to stay here, insist on not having the room on the ground floor. It should not be allowed to be booked. It is literally in a restaurant. Three sides are next to a dining area, a prep station, and a kitchen. The other wall is the lobby. It is unthinkable that they would charge what they charge for a room surrounded by so much activity/noise. After we complained and spent one unpleasant evening, they moved us to a room on the top floor...which was much better. There are only seven rooms in the entire hotel, so be sure to book and confirm any other room. It is a great location and the staff did their best to make it up to us, but the first night left a very bad impression on us.

Disappointing.
The only good thing was the staff's care, the rest was just disappointment. Starting from the entrance, you pass with your bags through the middle of the Louis Vuitton restaurant, there is no breakfast, there is no parking you have to leave in another place his partners and come on foot, at night you are hearing the kitchen staff beating dishes, cutlery and etc, there is the wooden staircase that leads to the rooms and of course you listen to every step, guests who arrive in the morning talking loudly, and all this is heard from the room. Daily very expensive and the hotel does not deliver what is expected.

Lovely hotel in Saint-Tropez ! In the center of the village just on the place des lices, easy to walk around and visit St-Tropez and boutiques.. You could find restaurant Louis Vuitton inside also staff is friendly ! One of the best Hotel in saint-Tropez
