A very pleasant romantic moment. To be done and done again without moderation..
The welcome is exceptionally kind, the estate and the rooms are perfect, with every possible amenity available! The restaurant deserves to be known! A cooking enthusiast who enjoys himself and it shows in the dishes, the spa and pool facilities are extra! And the massage service was top-notch.. a great place to discover and rediscover without moderation! Thank you for this fabulous moment

Trascuratezza e cattivo gusto
Neglect and bad taste
We booked this hotel during a trip to the south of France, thinking we would find the charm of a small castle. The reality was a great disappointment.
The entrance already sets the tone: a wobbly bench next to the main door immediately gives the impression of neglect. The garden, which in the photos looks like a park, actually looks poorly maintained and the outdoor pool looks more like a pond than a pool.
The rooms, furnished in a classic style but without elegance or comfort, are far from the standard expected for a four-star hotel.
In short, a place with potential but today neglected and far removed from the image presented in the photos.

Après vérification précise de nos registres, aucun client en provenance de Sicile ou d’Italie n’a séjourné au Château de Siran au cours du premier trimestre 2026.
Les photos que vous publiez montrent uniquement des extérieurs librement accessibles depuis le jardin et la cour d’accueil, contrairement aux espaces réservés à nos hôtes.
Le bassin que vous évoquez est un bassin paysager avec carpes koï ; il ne s’agit pas de notre piscine, située dans un espace plus intime avec le spa, non visible sans séjourner chez nous.
Vous mentionnez par ailleurs « les chambres » au pluriel, sans en présenter de photo ni relater d’expérience vécue — contrairement au jardin accessible à tous — ce qui ne correspond pas à un séjour réel. Nos chambres sont toutes différentes, en taille, en décoration et en orientation, et ne peuvent faire l’objet d’une appréciation globale sans y avoir séjourné.
Concernant le jardin, son état ponctuel doit être replacé dans un contexte climatique exceptionnel en mars dans l’Hérault (tempêtes, vents violents, pluies et grêle) ayant temporairement affecté les extérieurs. Dès le retour à des conditions normales, nous avons entrepris sa remise en ordre. Il retrouve aujourd’hui la générosité et l’harmonie auxquelles nous sommes profondément attachés.
Dans ces conditions, votre commentaire ne peut être rapproché d’une expérience au sein de notre établissement.
Nous allons en demander la vérification auprès de TripAdvisor.

Nous sommes ravis que la chambre, le spa et la cuisine de Thomas aient contribué à ces instants. Il y a derrière cela beaucoup de cœur, et savoir que cela se ressent est notre plus belle récompense.

Magnifique experience at Chateau du Siran
What a magnificent boutique hotel. Beautifully restored family home with an attention to details. The decor was creative using high quality furnishing.
The chef prepared a delicious farm to table meal that was innovative and seasonal.
The property is a hidden gem that is operated by a family that truly cares about the guest experience. My wife had a delightful spa experience.
Worth the detour to Siran.

The inventive cuisine of the chef their son in the restaurant is extraordinary at a decent price with the bonus of the narration of the menu by the mom a happiness.
The castle offers an oenological walk in the surrounding vineyards with tasting.

Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié l’accueil et la convivialité, le spa et la piscine, ainsi que la passion de Gérard pour le vin. Vos mots sur la cuisine inventive de Thomas nous touchent beaucoup, et je suis ravie que la présentation du menu vous ait apporté ce petit “supplément d’âme” que nous aimons partager.
