Heating failure without warning anyone in the middle of December!

Arrived at 9pm on Saturday 27/12 with our 4 month old baby! We arrive in the room and the temperature was very low but especially the air conditioning / heating system made a huge noise of giggles!
We go down to see the person at the reception but there she had just passed her position to one of her colleagues who took over for the night.
He was obviously sorry and informs us that the complete heating system will make this noise all weekend following a general breakdown earlier in the day!
No one warned us earlier of course otherwise we would have booked elsewhere with temperatures like the current ones!
We sent 3 emails with videos of the noise we are waiting for a response from the manager and a refund for not warning us and the horrible night we are about to spend with our baby.

Noisy

Super Welcoming the young woman was very kind and considerate. The room was clean nothing to say, comfortable enough bedding. Small flat for the mezzanine bed it is up to you to do it and really not practical.
I only put 3 stars because it was very noisy we slept badly and the people who arrive at 4am really have no respect and believe themselves at home.

Pleasant hotel near the stadium and roads

Pleasant hotel located near Geoffroy Guichard Stadium and roads. Home is friendly and nice, good facilities available and room quality and reasonable price. Breakfast available rich and varied. Outside opening hours provision of a bollard and vending machines of drink and cakes inside by account no hot drink. Free and secure parking.

Wouldn’t come back

Automatic check in automatically checked us in to a room which hadn’t been cleaned we thought somebody was actually still in there. Not only that but the door didn’t shut behind us, hairs on the bed. Nowhere to store bags till check in, so can not explore in the mean time, nowhere to wait till check in, reception didn’t open till 12 so unable to inform anybody our room wasn’t cleaned just had to wait around. I get ‘budget’ but for the price I’d expect a clean room. Air con randomly came on at odd points through out the night
