We had a lovely stay here with our two-year-old. The barn has been beautifully decorated, the room was spacious and the countryside around is stunning. Adrien and Nathalie were so welcoming and friendly, and we hope to come back again!

The room was very clean. The lady who booked us in was very helpful and even got up early to give us our breakfast on a Sunday morning. The nearest restaurant is a drive away but the location was incredibly quiet. Recommended

Disappointing place. Pass your way!

Stayed one night, not one more, thankfully!
Despite the schedule respected for our arrival, we were received by a person whose outfit was neglected, stained.
Unwelcoming place, cluttered, poorly maintained, access to housing through an earthy passage without external lighting, which was limited when we returned at night.
Wet room, cleanliness not done (dusty doormat, dead spiders and insects, broken glass lampshade"). We didn't unpack our suitcase.
No blanket, 1 pillow for 2, avachi mattress, holed mattress protector, awning and cover sheet cooled, with stretch elastics, so the bed linen did not fit on the mattress. Obviously no glasses or bottled water. Connections but no TV.
Breakfast (continental?): include coffee only, white bread toast and jam. No tea, fruit, yogurt, "we're not at the hotel," we were told. Drinking tea for breakfast, I had it later in a bar.
Reading the comments left by objective hosts, this person did not question himself, which is very damaging to the profession. Hosting guests is a job and in your case, you are not a professional!

Although the landlady did all what was possible, the description on Hotels.com of the accommodation offered was highly misleading. Firstly, it is not a hotel, so the reservations are not monitored, and thus our arrival at the doorstep of the house was completely unexpected. Despite the system accepting a booking online, you need to ring to check if anybody is home. There are simple rooms available in an annex building, which are basic (eg. no TV, or other comforts), it seemed suitable for summer accommodation. Locating the property involved driving around unlit & narrow country roads, knocking on doors of very kind neighbours. A somewhat challenging experience, but the landlady certainly put a smile on our faces with her friendly character.

The hostess was very rude and shouty, telling me I didn’t have confirmation for booking and that I should ring her directly to confirm booking. If I didn’t have two young kids and hadn’t already paid I would not have stayed. She made my family and I feel very uncomfortable. Soap / hand wash etc was missing from bathroom, I had to ask for towels and she made me feel as if she was doing me a favour. I had to put on the pillow cases, not enough loo roll. Hairs found in bed. Lights above sink didn’t work ( hard for husband to shave), no bracket to hold shower head. Breakfast was extremely basic, bread ( supermarket baguette), jam, butter with coffee, tea or hot chocolate. No juices or yoghurts or pastries. Overall a disappointing stay in a place that, with some love and happiness could be wonderful.
