Great comfortable stay

We loved our stay at Hotel Le Diamond Rock in Tignes. Jojo was a highlight for us. She was warm engaging and ever so helpful. She is an asset to the hotel. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Ewan and Raffaelle in the dining room were excellent too
The location is perfect. Ski in and out and the rooms were very comfortable.
Our only disappointment was the menu for both the French and Italian restaurants did not change for the 5 days we were there. Not ideal for half board guests. There were surcharges on a number of meat dishes and eggs - omelettes for breakfast. Really not cool in a 5 star hotel. Sadly this is not a positive reflection on the establishment.

Absolutely amazing

A fantastic stay at the 5⭐ Diamond Rock Hotel. Everything was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly run.
A very special thank you to the wonderful host and her amazing team. JoJo was absolutely beautiful, inside and out — so warm, welcoming, and always smiling. She truly made our stay extra special.
The ski room team were brilliant and made everything effortless, and Dillon the concierge was incredibly helpful and attentive.
Such a lovely atmosphere and exceptional service from everyone. We can’t wait to return for our 3rd time!”

Great little boutique hotel, well located to ski in and out with amazingly helpful boot room staff. Rooms are very hot and no way of cooling them - radiator was off and we still had to sleep with windows open. Sauna was broken for the duration and no sign or any notice to advise guests of that. Over a 5 night stay, staff did not replenish amenities in the room which was irritating such as shower gel, tea bags etc. Breakfast was also not replenished enough. Overall a lovely stay but for the cost, these little issues should be addressed.

Excellent family experience

Excellent location the overall experience was good especially with JoJo looking after us at breakfast service, we ate at the Folie Douce where JoJo was also working and our children had an amazing backstage tour … thank you JoJo !!!

We had a lovely stay at the Diamond rock with friends and family. Every morning we were greeted by Jo who gave us recommendations for the rest of our day. Each place we were met as JoJo’s guests and had an amazing time. She was really invaluable to our stay. Top team member.
