One night stop over. Hotel is located in a small industrial estate. Plenty of parking and rooms small but perfectly adequate and clean. Decent breakfast.

Bordering on unsanitary! A shame

Need urgent repair, mattress so worn that I had the feeling of sleeping directly on a board. Air conditioning no longer works. Mould in the shower and in the rest of the bathroom. All the chromes in the bathroom tarted or so worn that the silver layer is gone. Furniture veneers burst in many places. Electrical outlets and switch blackened with dirt and lack of maintenance. In short a room in a state of pitiful wear. It is shameful to offer a room in this state rented more than 80 € per night. Lamentable!!

The hotel is good and a fair price. Staff welcomed us on arrival. It's relatively quiet in the middle of a commercial / light industrial area and very close to a Carrefour supermarket. Parking is available but it is not secured (but just like all the other hotels in this area).The main light switch in room 116 is broken and does not work - electrical safety hazard? Who knows ... but this should have been fixed before it was rented out. The shower is excellent but without a shower curtain the floor of the bathroom got very wet and there was no way to stop/reduce this issue! Great news to have a kettle in the room - that was very welcome. The hotel was relatively quiet and we weren't disturbed by others staying there or from traffic noise. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. It's wonderfully quirky with a lot of racing /motor engineering paraphernalia all over the place. Although we didn't use the bar it seems well stocked and well laid out. Notwithstanding the negative points we would stay here again.

RUNNING BEDBUGS, CROOK!!

Hotel to escape absolutely!
We stopped at the Enzo Hotel Kyriad in Reims in the middle of the night, exhausted after a long drive. We booked via the automatic machine at 5am, thinking we could rest for a few hours... But what a horror to wake up! The room was infested with bedbugs, with sheets stained with our blood because of the bites. We had our bodies covered with buttons, it was an abominable experience.
We immediately reported the problem to the receptionist who promised us a refund. But they were just promises in the air! We’ve been demanding our due for more than two months, but every week it’s the same speech: “We have sent the information back to the parent company, it is not our responsibility.” A bad joke...
A hotel that laughs at its guests and takes no responsibility. Shameful! I strongly advise against this place if you care a little about your health.

Attention motorcyclists!!!

We were passing through on a motorbike and chose this hotel because it declared "safe parking". Unfortunately my motorbike was stolen. We had to stay another night which they charged us regularly, without offering a coffee or simply offering an apology. Terrible experience!!!
