The lights in the room not clear enough and the kitchenette needs more things.the rest everything else is fine.

Okay for short stays, don't expect too much
Stayed from March 18–21 in room 216.
Given the relatively affordable price (for Paris), expectations weren’t very high, but the room still felt quite basic and below what we had hoped for.
The bed, floor, bathroom, and cutlery were generally clean. However, there were stains on the curtain, a very dirty window, a greasy wooden panel in the kitchenette, and more stains on the wall opposite the bed. In the bathroom, we noticed blackened, loosening silicone and a yellowed toilet seat.
The fridge was quite noisy and had to be turned down at night to be able to sleep at all, but the temperature control knob was broken which made it difficult. There were also regular beeping sounds from the hallway (about every 30 seconds) and a slight rattling noise from the ventilation, which we ended up turning off at night, too.
Other downsides included a noticeable gap between the room door and the frame (didn’t feel very secure), wobbly door handles and toilet seat, squeaky doors, visible wear on the bottom of the bathroom door, and a sink plug that was pretty much stuck.
On the positive side, the hotel was generally quiet (apart from the fridge and beeping), the location offers easy access to public transport, and check-in/check-out were simple and efficient.

Avoid This Hotel – Worst Experience Ever, No Sleep for 3 Nights
I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.
From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. At check-in, we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional €90 for the room and €34 for city tax. This was never communicated in advance. I explained that I only had Apple Pay, but the staff refused to accept it and insisted on a physical card. I was forced to use a stranger’s card and transfer money to them, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We were also told that if we didn’t pay, we would not be allowed into the room—even though the room had already been fully paid for.
The situation got even worse. My travel agent had arranged a birthday cake for my partner, and I confirmed this with reception. They told me not to worry and that it would be delivered. It never arrived. My partner’s birthday was ruined because I trusted their promise. If they had been honest, I would have arranged something myself.
On the second day, we requested extra pillows because the ones provided were extremely small. We were told they would be delivered, but they never came. When we returned to the room later, we found the bed full of insects. This is completely unacceptable and a serious hygiene issue. I reported it immediately, but the staff said there was nothing they could do as no one was available. We were forced to sleep on the floor on my partner’s birthday.
On the third day, we were promised the bed would be changed. After a long day out, we came back to find nothing had been done. Once again, we had no choice but to sleep on the floor.
The room itself was in terrible condition:
• Broken sink
• Broken toilet seat
• TV not working
• Broken fixtures
Everything in the room was damaged or not functioning properly. When I raised these issues, I was simply told the hotel was fully booked, and nothing could be done.
We stayed for three nights and did not get proper sleep at all.
This experience was extremely disappointing, stressful, and completely unacceptable. I am not looking for apologies—I expect a full refund for this stay.
I would strongly recommend that others avoid this hotel.

We have stayed several times. The cleanliness of rooms is generally excellent. The beds are very comfortable. It is very close to the RER and bus station. The people who work here are friendly and helpful.
There were minor inconveniences this time including:
We had an adjoining room and some of the people next door were very noisy. I also woke up in the night to a strong smell of cigarette smoke. This could have come via the air con or under the door to the next room.
This is supposed to be a non-smoking establishment and you are asked to pay a E90 deposit to prevent it. The deposit is returned within a day or so.
The room was too hot even with air conditioning but this is down to eco laws.
I would recommend this for a solo traveller as the building is secure and the area is well lit.

A reasonable budget choice with pro & cons;
The good: close to the RER, close to several restaurants, really friendly check in, room well equipped with kitchen bits, bathroom & shower a great size, wifi good
The not so good: the corridors are very run down & give poor first impression, the noise outside at night is horrendous - people leaving restaurants drunk etc, the security deposit is actually charged to your card (not just a hold)
Would I return? Hard to say, but you can’t dispute the excellent price, just bring earplugs.
