Decent hotel
I first received a professional welcome.
I did enjoy the breakfast, which was still relatively varied for a hotel in this category.
Simple but decent rooms.

Absolutely to be avoided.
⭐ 0/5 - A SCANDAL: STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AND ITS MANAGEMENT!
If you are looking for a place to sleep, keep looking. This hotel is a disgrace, but the worst part is the attitude of the manager who refused to acknowledge any issues and denied any refund despite a night worthy of a horror movie.
Here is the summary of our "stay" (if we can call it that):
• Nonexistent basic services: Upon arrival, there was no hot water and the toilet was broken. We were moved to another room, but the worst was yet to come.
• Hellish night: Violent fight at midnight in the hotel.
• Repeated alarms: Fire alarm went off at 2 AM (total evacuation, firefighters on site for no reason) THEN again at 5 AM.
• Excessive billing: They have no qualms about charging you €25 for breakfast and €12 for parking when you haven't slept a wink all night.
The most unacceptable part: Despite this total chaos for which the hotel is responsible, the management shows complete disdain. No commercial gesture, no empathy, no refund. They take your money and leave you exhausted without the slightest consideration.
This is pathetic management. I will not let this go and intend to report this establishment to the customer service of the Accor group.

Je vous remercie d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience concernant votre séjour à l’ibis budget Toulon Centre. Je suis sincèrement désolé d’apprendre que votre visite n’a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes et que vous avez rencontré plusieurs désagréments.
En ce qui concerne les problèmes techniques que vous avez rencontrés, je tiens à vous assurer que notre équipe s’efforce de maintenir un environnement confortable et accueillant pour tous nos clients et n’a pas hésité à vous changé de chambre.
Je comprends que le bruit nocturne et les alarmes ont perturbé votre repos et je m’excuse pour l’inconfort occasionné. Ces incidents sont pris très au sérieux, et nous travaillerons avec notre personnel pour examiner ces situations qui sont indépendantes de notre volonté, cette nuit là, comme je vous l’avez déjà précisé dans nos mails d’échanges.
Concernant la facturation, nos tarifs de services sont clairement affichés, et nous nous efforçons de proposer des options de qualité. Je vous confirme donc que vous avez réglé 22,50€ pour 2 adultes et un enfant pour le petit déjeuner comme affiché. Sur le sujet parking, cette prestation ne relève pas de l’établissement.
Je regrette que vous ayez ressenti un manque de considération de notre part, et je vous assure que votre retour sera discuté en interne pour améliorer notre service à l’avenir,

Hotel really not soundproofed.
We were given a room communicating with the TV thoroughly we could hear everything despite a reservation for 3 months.
The man at Welcoming not very friendly rather cold.
We said what happened, but he didn't seem to care.

Just fine for one night
Located in a somewhat dubious area and is poorly signposted.
By taxi, however, only about five minutes from Toulon train station. Positive.
The only plus is the friendly reception.
The gastronomic offer is limited to breakfast (available from 5am) and a snack machine with microwave.
However, the rooms then have the character of a prison cell and are equipped without attention to detail. There is ON in the bathroom! only towel... The body lotion was empty with me. The meanwhile worldwide mandatory bottle of mineral water I searched in the room in vain. The room itself is very superficially cleaned and with an extremely small window, which then allows only little natural light. Furthermore, the rooms are very poorly insulated and you understand every word of the neighbor - after intervention at the front office was then a room change. The elevator has a malfunction, is small, completely outdated and the doors keep opening for no reason.
All right for one night - but if you prefer a longer period of time take another hotel. I would pay a maximum of 60 euros for the hotel.
