It is a nice hotel but IMO doesn’t deliver a 4-star property. Perfectly located in central Toulon by the harbour

I would say that one of the biggest problem about this Hotel is the Staff
I cannot explain how many situations happened where a simple question becomes a 30 minute situation and instead of trying to be helpful they’re trying to push you away so they don’t have to work probably some of the worst stuff I’ve ever encountered

Good but.

It is a nice hotel in a good location but not up to the standard of the advertised 4 stars.
The facilities are aging and deserve a refresh.
In our case, the visible plaster repairs next to the bed, the temperamental shower mixer, the leaking showerhead, and the sink that does not drain do not seem to us to be in line with the advertised level.
On the other hand, the room is very well insulated (heat and noise), the bedding is comfortable, and the cleanliness is top-notch.

Pilgrimage stay

Hotel very well located, extremely pleasant both in terms of the rooms, restaurant, terrace, and the staff.
This is the second time we have stayed there and we will return with pleasure as soon as possible.

Very nice hotel in the center of Toulon

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Staff was flexible and customer centric. Location is perfect: cllose to the city center and train station and very quiet. We had a very nice dinner as well.
