Great night sleep

Really comfortable overnight stay. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice of cooked and continental. The hotel was really clean with a big comfortable double bed and tea and coffee facilities in the room. Had a really good night sleep. Looking forward to staying in this hotel again in May 2027

Stayed for just one night but couldn’t stayed longer!
Hotel was fresh and super clean, staff were excellent and our room was spacious and quiet.
The stay overall represented excellent value for money!

EXCELLENT

We stayed here for 3 nights following a car event in France. From the time we entered to the time we left we found all the staff excellent. Reception staff at check-in recognised and welcomed us as Mercure members.
The main reason for choosing the Mercure was for its secure underground car park which had plenty of spaces.
Our room was a Duplex Suite on the first floor, it was large, quiet, spotless and a comfy big bed with a walk in wardrobe.
Breakfast had everything you could want with very attentive staff replenishing the self serve buffet.
We had drinks in the cotton bar in the evening and sat in its sheltered outside courtyard.
I would definitely stay again when passing through Troyes

Hotel is excellent.
Rooms are great and very clean.
Problem came when charging our EV. The hotel shares a secure car park with the IBIS and has 4 chargers in total.
However 2 chargers are not working and one of the other chargers was being used by an EV that had fully charged and sat there until the next morning, leaving just one charger between 2 hotels.
The chargers need to be monitored and if using the app to charge the signal is very poor. We connected and went outside to start the charge from the app when we eventually go onto the only charger available.

Great find.

Refurbished to a high standard about 3 years ago. It has a great ambience. The staff are super helpful. Great bedroom with wet room. Breakfast at 22 euros is a tad expensive if you only want a croissant and coffee . We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a shame it doesn’t have its own restaurant serving Dinner in the evening.
