Simple, efficient, and very good welcome

Two nights in this hotel and for the price, nothing to complain about: very good welcome, very clean and air-conditioned room, good quality bedding. The breakfast is simple, but it has what you need. Just one downside: the sandwich bread was stale. This does not detract from the quality of everything else.

Disappointing

Very disappointed with our room... the hotel is outdated but that’s not a big deal... however, the cleaning needs to be completely reviewed... the bathroom is disgusting, and I mean it... dirty bathtub with black marks, the same for the bidet, bathroom door and mirrors with lots of toothpaste marks, broken toilet bowl that doesn’t hold and has traces of excrement.. Barely warm water, you don’t linger in the shower... black dust on the floor in the corners... Headboard full of dust... only one outlet works in the room... and the best part: Awful smell of toilets backing up into the room, had to sleep with the window open... However, very well located and secure parking...
A reassessment of cleanliness is necessary ...

I recommend the Logis Saint-Jacques hotel in Valencia

I spent a night at the Logis Hotel Saint Jacques and I am delighted.
The property enjoys an excellent location, close to the hyper center. I was greeted by a very warm, smiling, available and very accommodating team. The room booked was spacious and clean. The breakfast served was excellent.
I highly recommend this hotel quiet, simple and pleasant, especially for business trips. I also take this opportunity to thank all the team who were very pleasant and available. Thank you very much and see you soon!

Good location and inexpensive but smells musty.

Stopped here for a night, location was great very central and free parking just around the corner.
Hotel asked for full payment upon arrival which was unusual not sure if this is because people leave once they have smelt the rooms. Old building which has new bathrooms but definitely has some issues.

Receptionist was friendly and very welcoming. Good location and secure parking outside in a proper parking courtyard. Room was basic bed was ok but that’s about it rest was very basic and tired. Shower was broken and was just an attachment over an old bath this is a €10 fix and is easy so I find this inexcusable. All in all I would stay here again for a night as it was cheap and I like secure parking.
