An excellent stay!
Here the atmosphere is warm, the staff and the bosses are caring.
The hotel is very comfortable and quiet, absolutely clean, every detail is thought for your comfort.The Spa is a delicious moment of well-being after a day of skiing.
The meals are excellent: the breakfast buffet is exceptional, the menus succulent, the wine list very varied at very reasonable prices.

Lovely hotel in centre
Room had all you could want for a one night stay. Had dinner in the restaurant which was very nice. Very welcoming staff.

A lovely hotel in a lovely old French village.
Our food during our stay was excellent, five courses most evenings, all beautifully prepared and delicious. Breakfast was buffet style with a large choice of hot and cold options.
The position of the hotel is great for skiing being a few steps from the main gondola and only a short walk to another. The lift pass office is directly opposite the hotel entrance. Lift queues were almost non existent. Only the Breve 2 chair lift ever had more than handful of skiers, most lifts were empty when you got to them.
A decent sized ski area with plenty of green/blue/red runs and a few black runs.
There is not much English spoken in the village, which we really liked. English is spoken in the hotel by most staff.
Didn't use the spa/pool area so can't comment on that.
We would thoroughly recommend the Hotel Christiania and really enjoyed Valloire itself. It is a very friendly old village, lots of smiles and the people are very patient when we attempted our basic French. Another big advantage over the more ell known ski resorts is that the prices are not high for food/drinks or general shopping.
We are very grateful to the Hotel management and staff, and to the residents of Valloire for making our ski break so good and enjoyable. Thank you.

Superb family holiday.
Everything was good that it was rooms, meals, service and staff!
The property is located right in front of the slopes it is a great luxury for us skiers and for those who want to go for a walk in the mountains.
We were able to enjoy the spa every night.
We recommend without hesitation.
