Excellent stay
We had a great stay at the Hotel Le Belvedere.
Everything was perfect from start to finish. From the room to the evening meal which was excellent and to breakfast. And a great welcome from all the staff. I highly recommend this place which is more to a magnificent view...

Only positive points. A great heated pool accessible day and night
A magnificent hotel in the idyllic location of the Ardèche gorges.
only positive points to note:

+ clean room
+ heated pool
+ pool accessible at any hour day and night.
+ very friendly and welcoming staff
no negative points.
I regret only spending one night there. I hope to return there as a couple for two nights another time.

Three days of cycling tourism in Vallon Pont d'Arc.
Hotel located in a beautiful setting, a bit disappointed by the establishment: small room, bathroom and toilet separated by a sliding glass door, difficult to maneuver and not closing completely, basic decoration, dirty shower joints, positive points include very decent bedding, kindness of the staff, and a breakfast buffet that is quite acceptable, plus a place to store bicycles at night. Regarding the restaurant, a bit expensive for the menu offered, music too loud, but again, the staff is young and smiling.
In summary, an ideally located establishment that needs a serious refresh.

Nous sommes surpris par plusieurs de vos remarques, car elles ne reflètent pas l'expérience que la majorité de nos clients nous rapportent. La taille des chambres ainsi que leur configuration sont clairement présentées avant la réservation et correspondent aux standards de notre établissement.
Concernant la propreté, nous prenons cette remarque très au sérieux. Si un problème de joints de douche vous a réellement dérangé, il aurait été utile de nous le signaler pendant votre séjour afin que nous puissions intervenir immédiatement. Enfin, concernant les tarifs du restaurant et l'ambiance musicale, ils correspondent au positionnement de notre établissement et aux prestations proposées, même si nous comprenons qu'ils puissent ne pas convenir à toutes les attentes. Disappointing
I had a very warm welcome from the host who addressed me in very good English. My room was of a decent size and clean, with a good shower room and a reasonably comfortable bed. The overall impression of the public areas including the dining room was that it all looked a little tired, not very welcoming and in need of some renovation. I stayed here a few years ago and this is not how I remember it then. Breakfast buffet looked as if it had a decent selection but the fruit salad, probably out of a can, tasted almost unpleasant and the mini croissants and mini pains au chocolat were not very good. Coffee from the machine was not the best I have had in a French hotel. It is a pity that a hotel in such a superb location, with such a view from the windows and only a few minutes walk from the famous Pont d;Arc is not in better shape or offering a better experience.

Amazing stay
We loved our stay at this property. The hotel is superb and we did not encounter any difficulties: the room was comfortable and the style of the hotel cozy great cleanliness the very friendly team has been to the small care for we dined at the restaurant there are choices the dishes were excellent and the fast service at the top we had a great time and we will return
