My husband and i had a great 6 days stay here. Owners Emmanuel and Catherine are very hospitable and friendly. We like the cute and cosy decoration of the Squirrel hotel. it is great for families. The family room, in my opinion, is just nice with space enough for 2 persons. i find the toilet and bathroom too small and also the only complaint i have is, we cannot have a kettle to boil hot water for coffee or tea in the room (due to the fire accident that happened in Switzerland last year).
But otherwise, a lovely shoutout to the team Kaprina (or Caprina) and her colleagues for clean hotel. the location is very convenient to the ski station, shops and restaurants. Breakfast is OK, fondue, raclette and other dinner options available are well-served and tasty. We would love to be back again.

Excellent accommodation

We stayed there 6 days with family and we keep a very pleasant memory.
We were very warmly welcomed by Emmanuel and Florence who are always listening to our needs.
The meals are hearty, and very tasty.
The service is impeccable, and the location of the hotel is perfect. I will repeat without hesitation my experience in this establishment in which I felt really good.

Upper squirrel!

Tested 2 consecutive seasons with 1 child, then an extra baby!
Superb real chalet, very well located, and very nice rooms.
Professional welcome and half board really very appreciable: very good, with choice, mountain specialties (or not) and the welcome presence of vegetables!!

Bad Experience!!!!!

What a disappointment!
I had wonderful memories in this hotel with of course the previous owner! Nothing to do with the new guy.
Many disappointments!
I'll meet him in vars, not at his house and under no circumstances would I advertise him.
Not a bottle of water in rooms that are very old!
The breakfast of very poor quality!
In short!!!!
