A very good moment of relaxation

We stayed one night in this very pretty estate. Everything is perfect: the welcome, the sumptuous setting and the quality of the rooms. We also recommend tasting their wines, which offer very good value for money for the region.
We would happily return there for a stay of a few days.

A sweet guesthouse, no pool and off the beaten track …

We unfortunately decided not to stay as the property didn’t suit our needs, so we checked out shortly after arriving.
The owner was pleasant, and kindly offered to prepare us a salad. However, it’s worth noting that meals need to be booked at least 48 hours in advance, which I would strongly recommend given the property’s remote location.
The guest house is very much off the beaten track, with no on-site facilities such as a pool, which can be a drawback during the hot summer months. It’s also necessary to drive to restaurants and bars, and during our stay the two nearest restaurants were closed, leaving nowhere nearby to eat, have a drink or simply relax.
If you’re looking for complete peace and seclusion and are happy to plan ahead, it may suit you. However, if you prefer easy access to restaurants, amenities and somewhere to cool off in the summer, it’s worth bearing this in mind before booking.

Such a pleasant place to be at sunset.

The tranquility and views from under the trees on the natural balcony is superb at days end. The rooms, bathrooms, dining and lounge rooms are excellent and tastefuly decorated. The meals were great and to top it off all was washed down with nice wine made right on the premises!

What an exquisite place!!!!!!!!

Unbelievable location. Delightful and welcoming family, fabulous quality of rooms and fittings. Beautiful breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine with home made jams, local grapes etc. An absolutely idyllic location

Unique atmosphere and hearty hosts

The Domaine is situated breathtakingly picturesque among the mountainside vineyards. It is a well renovated stone mansion enclosing a small courtyard with a true Provencal atmosphere.
The grapes grown around the Domaine are processed on the premises to its own fine wines.
The rooms are high-standarded and the friendly and very hospitable Thouroude hosts are very open-hearted and prepare the most delicious home-cooked breakfast and dinner meals - enjoyed under the trees in the company of the host couple themselves.
You literarily feel at home at this French gem.
