Great location nice hotel

Nice hotel but rooms can be small and a bit dated. Excellent bathroom and comfy bed. Nice small balcony and excellent breakfast. Staff really friendly and helpful. Bar is good except for the arrogant staff

Nice hotell close to Versailles

This hotel is located a couple of hundred meters from Versailles. Easy walking distance. The parking garage has an awkard turn to enter it. Staff was friendly but English was a little difficult. The hotel has a classy atmosphere. The room was nice, clean and fairly large. Nicely decorared as was the bathroom. There is a buffet breakfast, which has a pretty large selection. Parking is 30 euro per night. After reservation you have to pay 3 different taxes. There is a bus stop close by. There is also a metro station but currently under renovation. On the other side of the block where the hotel is located is a street with multiple restaurants. Pretty good hotel and ideally located for the Versailles chateau

Perfect hotel

Very good stay at this hotel (very well located), staff very attentive, very good breakfast, very beautiful interior decoration, Clarins toiletries, for us everything was perfect, we were three with our 11-year-old daughter and we appreciated the special attention from management who provided us with an extra bed in our room and offered her breakfasts.

A very disappointing experience at the hotel bar

We stopped at this hotel's bar to have a drink, thinking we would enjoy an establishment with a rather upscale reputation. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
Upon our arrival, our table was dirty, which is already surprising for a place that claims to be chic. We very politely asked the waiter if he could simply wipe it down. He replied "yes, yes," then returned a few moments later with our drinks… starting to place them on the still-dirty table.
We then pointed out to him, still with a smile, that the table had ultimately not been cleaned. His response left us speechless: "If the table is disgusting, why didn't you sit somewhere else?"
Such a lack of professionalism and sense of service is hardly acceptable, especially in an establishment that boasts a certain standing. Cleaning a table before serving drinks on it is simply the basis of hospitality.
We felt that the customer was being held responsible for a problem that was, however, solely the responsibility of the service staff. It is regrettable, because the setting is pleasant, but the quality of the service unfortunately does not follow suit.

The hotel is smartly presented and in an excellent location for the Palace of Versailles (a 5min walk away). Their underground parking is tiny and cannot be reserved, so be prepared for some potential frustration on arrival if traveling by car.
When we checked in we had been put into a room we hadn’t booked (expected a balcony). The helpful staff showed us our original room once we questioned this; with the room we had been upgraded to being nicer, Nothing was mentioned at check-in-in, so this confusion could have been avoided, rather than a further 10mins of comparing rooms. The balconys don’t have any seating and don’t have a view - so don’t book them if you’re looking for an area to spend time in.
