A real treat!

This is a great getaway - the dinners are amazingly good, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are all friendly. The location is ideal for visiting the wineries and Roman ruins and the medieval city.

Attention - charge to credit card and no refund

Despite canceling for free and on time, the hotel did not reimburse the charge they took from my credit card - 150Euro in total. No reaction to emails etc to still refund (or at least provide vouchers). Very poor service.

we loved it
the lady in charge is lovely and most cooperative
I really recoment this place
food is also good
exllet location
rooms with caracter
clean and the view is great
they also produce a very god wine

Bad service

Good food, Nice place but very bad service.25 People for a family dinner, they were fed up With client if you ask for botle of water.no smile..they do not want us to use swimmingpool because we cannot take a shower before ?!?! ( sure we were clean !!)and when we go there, there was a DOG which was very happy to swim in it instead of us !!! ....

juste pour vous donner les directives gouvernementales
pour la piscine elle est réservée aux clients des chambres d hôtes
si nous permettons que les clients du restaurant se baignent il nous faut avoir un maître nageur
ensuite oui tout le monde est propre mais les directives nous demandent que les hôtes prennent une douche avant d aller a piscine
vous auriez pu nous demander pourquoi et on vous aurez expliquer et montrer les directives
et aucun chien était dans la piscine mais au bord avec ses maîtres

just to give you the government guidelines
for the pool it is reserved for guest rooms
if we allow the customers of the restaurant to bathe we must have a lifeguard
then yes everyone is clean but the instructions ask us that the guests take a shower before going to a pool
you could have wondered why and we will explain and show you the guidelines
and no dog was in the pool but at the edge with his masters

Château stay in the countryside

This is a beautiful building set in the stunning provencal countryside. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food was very reasonably priced and very tasty, with a good selection of wines. The nearby towns are charming, although none are walkable from the Chateau. The outdoor spaces, including the terrace and pool, are very appealing.
Some minor downsides:
-Given the gorgeous building, some of the interior decor felt a bit shabby (although the style is quaint).
-The room had a musty smell. When we asked about thid, the staff seemed quite offended / defensive
-The WiFi was very poor. Although this wouldn't usually be an issue, we were very keen to watch England play in the World Cup quarter final! Again, the staff were quite defensive about this, simply insisting that the WiFi does work well, rather than apologising or trying to fix it.
Overall, this was a pleasant stay, and a very good dinner. However, we were slightly let down by a couple of quirks with the service.

cette suite est refaite cette hiver
nous refaisons des chambres tous les ans
pour la wifi nous vous avons expliqué que ce n était pas un problème de wifi mais un problème de réseau et la nous ne pouvons intervenir
la connexion est très faible et la nous ne pouvons rien y faire
c est le plaisir de la campagne
