Highly recommend
Excellent in every way. Recently refurbished rooms. Very engaging and helpful hosts. Delicious breakfasts and dinners.

Well equipped B&B but no warm nest
We had booked 4 nights with breakfast at this B&B.
The rooms are clean and well equipped
But we still had to put the duvet in the couvette ourselves. There is also nothing offered, no soap in the shower and no hairdryer.
Due to the bad weather and the fact that we slept very poorly due to the bed too hard for us (mattress rests on shelves) we decided to stay only 2 instead of 4 nights. It is self-evident that we paid for the 4 nights booked but at the checkout nothing was deducted for the 3 unconsumed breakfasts.
For what was the only breakfast we had : very basic : no croissants, some pieces of baguette that I have actually started asking for with jam and 2 small pieces of cheese.
(there was also yogurt with granola...)
We stayed for dinner twice with the table d’hote
The meal itself was correct but the reckoning was not. The website indicated a price of 27 euros for entrance, flat , dessert , aperitif and wine
There was 30 euros charged and the aperitif (which we got outside when we arrived) was charged separately again (I even drank the aperitif during the meal) .
We were also offered a postage to taste but that was also on the bill afterwards. No problem but let me know it wasn't an offer!
The host was friendly but the hostess was chilly and very commercial.
For us the only very positive experience was the nice other guests at the table d’hote . We would love to see them again

Felt very uncomfortable
This is a review of our 2-night stay at Clos Vitis at the end of August of 2022.
We unfortunately had a very uncomfortable, unsettling, and anxiety provoking stay there. We would not recommend staying at the property and will never stay there again.
On our second night, we went to the grocery store to purchase ingredients to make a salad and, understandably, wanted to sit outside to eat it. We used the kitchen they designated for our use to prepare the veggies and brought our two salads over to the table in front of the pool. Immediately, and very forcefully and sternly, the owner told us that we were not allowed to sit there and insisted that we could only eat in our room or the kitchen. We found this odd as they served us breakfast that very morning in that area. We then went to eat our salads in the kitchen. We rinsed the plates we used and placed them into the dishwasher. The following morning, we were packed and ready to go, however we had some trash (from our room) that we wanted to throw out and communicated it to the owner. Before showing us where the outside trash bins were, he made a point of making us follow him and ultimately led us to the kitchen. He looked frankly angry and did not even respond to our greetings throughout this interaction. He pointed to the sink where we saw dishes soaking. He asked us if those were ours to which we responded no since we put ours in the dishwasher. We are not sure if the dishwasher wasn’t being utilized, and feel puzzled and very uncomfortable about this interaction.
They advertise things like their pool, dining area, outdoor seating and kitchen utilities, however we definitely did not feel welcome to use these amenities. The owner seemed neither friendly nor happy to have us as his guests and the tension remained palpable throughout our stay.

Host simpatici location bellissima e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Posto davvero pienamente consigliato, consiglio a chi sia indeciso di prenotare di procedere con la prenotazione.

Jolie cadre avec quelques bémols
Joli domaine avec piscine et beau jardin. Chambre spacieuse, propre joliment décorée. Parking à l'intérieur du domaine. La table d'hôte est correct. Cependant pour se restaurer vous avez de très bons restaurants à 10 minutes en voiture. Pourquoi 3 étoiles? Petit déjeuner simple à mon goût hormis le yaourt pas de préparation maison type brioche, crêpes...Quand vous arrivez le matin c'est vraiment contraignant d'attendre que quelqu'un vienne pour ravitailler " le buffet" de plus il fallait sans cesse quémander du lait, pain, beurre tout est servi par parcimonie. Pas de viennoiseries, brioche industrielle en tranche. Attention à ne pas oublier de ramener vos serviettes du dîner de la veille sinon vus n'aurez rien pour vous essuyer à table. Pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain, pas de séchoir à cheveux, pas de plateau de courtoisie. Accueil expeditif pas d'informations sur la piscine, ni sur l'horaire du dîner nous sommes arrivés un peu au hasard. De plus dans toutes les maisons d'hôtes où nous sommes allés auparavant ma fille de 3 ans avait systématiquement le droit à des couverts et mangé la même chose que nous mêmesi elle ne payait pas, alors que là elle n'a eu le droit à rien (même pas des couverts) même au petit-déjeuner il a fallu lui réclamer une brique de jus d'orange. Au vue des maisons d'hôtes qu'on a fréquenté celle-ci est très loin niveau services et prestations.
