DISCOUNT SERVICES!!!

Coming with friends on 31/10/2025 to celebrate our son's birthday at the Auberge 1900 we had booked 3 rooms at the Hotel des Saules .On our arrival, it is a terrible wind, we throw ourselves on the last available market place right in front of our hotel. No reception, door closed, we have to go across the street in the 3* hotel to get our magnetic cards. We climb into our rooms avoiding the tools left in the hallway, the open hatch hanging and against which my son almost opens his head. The rooms are spacious , but aging . The previous customer must have been foreign because the TV is in English, we have to search the user manual on the internet to be able to put it back in French , because the generic remote control does not allow access to the parameters. In doing so we decide to drink a coffee , but we only have verbena at our disposal, we will need 3 calls to the reception, to finally have the missing products. We take advantage of the passage of the maid to ask where is the breakfast room. She replies that we will have to go to the other side of the square, across the street, next to the 3* hotel ... Fortunately the next morning it doesn't rain , as only guests of the 3* hotel have a walkway to get there. In short, if you are not well enough off to afford the high-end establishments, you clearly feel like you are being mistaken for hams. So please remember what respect for the customer is , because for us the image of Mr Georges Blanc was something else . I don't think we'll come back

Very pleasant step

Step before going to the jura, for fun.
Not disappointed, terrace of the room overlooking the small stream for a nice little aperitif, very good bedding, quiet place and what to say about the buffet for breakfast!!!

Accueil Inacceptable ⏬️

Big disappointment tonight21/9: on the way back from a trip to Italy, we are 20' from Vonnas: the idea comes spontaneously to us to go to dinner and sleep in the village Blanc.
We immediately book room and table by phone. We arrive about twenty minutes later in front of the hotel - in a pouring rain - and find door closed!...
We have to announce ourselves by intercom: an individual asks us to pick up the key in the other hotel, on the other side of the square, in the redoubled rain!
We told him that this was not a way to do it and replied that it was the procedure!!...Despite our insistence: he imposed a walk in the rain of a good ten minutes...it looks more like the way to do a small unpretentious hotel than a star establishment!!
We decide not to stay and also call the restaurant to cancel the reservation: no will to make things right either.
The minimum of attention to customers does not seem
the concern of Georges Blanc's teams.
A notion in decline in this Enterprise!!

The white spirit

Stayed 2 nights at the Hotel Residence les Saules during our visit to the village Blanc.
This option, is a nice alternative if you want to stay in Vonnas within a reasonable budget.
Thank you M. Blanc for allowing your guests to stay in this gastronomic hotspot, in the heart of the village Blanc, without going bankrupt: The white spirit within everyone's reach.
Welcoming takes place within the main establishment on the other side of the market place, and there are no staff on site.
But the Welcoming remains just as attentive and the place is charming at will.
The rooms offer a breathtaking view of the entire activity of the village. They are spacious and have all the necessary comforts.
Small balconies very nice terraces.
Optionally, the white breakfast is taken in the main establishment. Access to the spa is also possible.
We will be back with pleasure.
