Welcome and comfort in Accra
What a beautiful stay in this beautiful and huge hotel which does not have the most modern design but remains very pretty.
It is located in a quiet area of Accra, even the work of extension of the hotel is not heard.
The welcome and service with a smile are a plus compared to other establishments on the continent.
The hotel is huge and the same for the room with the jacuzzi well separated from the bathroom, the water bottles offered, the room service was perfect and the employees friendly.
You can live in autarky in the hotel with an above average continental breakfast with a wide choice of cereals, fruit juices, yogurts, fruit without forgetting the savoury dishes of rice, spaghetti with fried fish.

If you come to Accra, the Alisa hotel is a warm place filled with visitors from all over the world.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Hotel Stay – Highly Recommend
I recently stayed at the hotel and had a wonderful experience from check-in to checkout. The room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable — the bed was one of the best I’ve slept in while traveling. Everything worked perfectly, from the modern bathroom to the reliable Wi-Fi and quiet location.
The service throughout my stay was exceptional. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the room fresh every day. What truly stood out, however, was reception. Greeted with a warm, genuine smile and handled everything efficiently and professionally. Alisa was attentive, double-checked my bill, answered all my questions patiently, and even offered helpful recommendations that made my departure smoother. Her positive energy and personal touch turned a routine checkout into a highlight of my stay.
The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, the facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere made me feel truly valued as a guest. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip and will be asking for Alisa by name if she’s on duty!

Attentive
I highly recommend Alisa hotel. As much for business or vacation. At all levels I have received excellent service and personal touches. All the staff greatly contributed to making my experience positive and certainly memorable. Bravo!!

This has been our go-to spot in Ghana. It’s usually very good.
This year, there were noticeable degradations. The eyehole in the room was missing and stuffed with tissue paper. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken off. There were no hand towels. Just one or two regular towels.
Worse, at breakfast there were roaches crawling the wall and when the table linen was lifted, a roach crawled out. The waitress saw this but did not call a manager. As if this is a regular occurrence.
The water was unavailable one night. We called using the room phone and got no answer. I had to call using an outside line to get a response.
We do 40 to 50 room nights a year in Ghana. We may need to find a new hotel.
