I really enjoyed my stay there.

Kingstel Hotel has a seren environment for all trip purposes. The rooms are spacious enough to give maximum comfort with a balcony to let you have ba general over view of the terrain. Both the local and continental dishes served at Kingstel Hotel also has a great unfortunately taste.
I therefore, recommend Kingstel Hotel as a place to choose for all trip purposes.

The entire total is down i was the only person staying at the places. Every night the door cannot open. They don't know what they are doing at the place. I regret paying online for 5 nights do not go there its down n not working.

Most disgusting food ever

We came out as a family of 5 for a meal. The first meal was served one hour before mine was served in 4th place.
I ordered king prawns with fried rice. It came to the table as all I can describe as a burned offering.

The stay was pleasing. I was very peeved and angry that on checkout at 12.08 I had been charged an extra day for staying beyond 12.00!!!!!!!

The hotel grounds are beautiful, the bed was really comfortable.
The staff were great, they fixed an issue with our paid breakfast super quick.
However, the food was not so great. Most of what we wanted to eat wasn’t available, and the food items that were available were severely over cooked and was hard.
The bathroom hard little bugs all over the sink and counter, and the tub leaked so we had to use the towels to get the water off the floor. Also the balcony sloped down so it made you feel like it was breaking and you would fall to your death at any minute as we were on the top floor of the annex building.
They also don’t have an elevator, and being 6 months pregnant with twins and having to go up and down the stairs each day, several times a day was really hard.
We would stay here again but we wouldn’t eat, and we would request a ground floor room as well.
