The best small hotel I have stayed in. From the check in to check out, everything was perfect.

The hotel is on the beach front street, facing the port in Alexandropolis. On Sunday night the street became a walk only zone with lots of street vendors and full of people.
The hotel is small, but the rooms are surprisingly large. Everything was very clean, beds very comfortable and sheets smelled like flowers. The evening reception girl was very nice, helpful and smiling. The morning one a bit more of s European "friendliness " but she was also helpful and let us park directly in front.
Breakfast was of a great quality and not carbs only like in many places of this size.
In overall I think thus is the best small hotel I have stayed at, around theworld.

Absolutely the Worst Stay of My Life — Bed Bugs Everywhere

I don’t even know where to begin. My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish the experience on anyone.
At night, I woke up covered in itchy red bites. At first I thought it was mosquitoes… until I pulled back the sheets and saw actual BED BUGS crawling near the pillow. I was horrified. It was like a scene from a low-budget horror film, except I was the unlucky protagonist.
When I went to the front desk, the staff acted strangely calm, as if this wasn’t the first time they’d heard about it. Their solution? They offered me to sleep in another bed at same room, I said that I'm not staying at this hotel anymore, at that point, I grabbed my bags and left immediately, (they arranged me a taxi and I went to another hotel).
I spent the rest of the night at a different hotel, still itching and feeling like things were crawling on me. I had to wash EVERYTHING I brought on the hottest cycle just to feel safe.
Visited the doctor and the doctor was shocked, I had to take antibiotics for 7 days. The bites took days to stop burning.
This place should be shut down until it learns basic hygiene and pest control. Save yourself the trauma. I wish I had.

I am feeling home

I stayed at Erika several times and always had a very positive experience. It has a perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms, a nice view, and comfortable beds. The breakfast is good especially bougatsa creates the difference. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and always available for their guests.

Extremely limited parking!

Lovely hotel, excellent location. Parking is extremely limited! They have 3 maybe 4 spots on the street! Best bet is the lot across the street at the dock! 10€ per day as of this writing. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great view! Breakfast was fine, typical of Greek hotels.

Nice Place

Centrally located place very clean and extremely friendly workers. They made all my restaurant reservations to the top restaurants and tavernas in Alexandrapoulie. Its in the middle of the city. Car parking is not a problem I would highly recommend this place to stay.
