Peaceful and Comfortable
Beautiful villa with a gorgeous view of the Aegean Sea. The villa is inside a garden with olive trees. Chiona, the landlady, is such a sweetheart. She speaks English and German in addition to Greek. There is everything you need in the apartment, from coffee to detergent. The villa has plenty of parking spaces so we didn’t have to worry about parking.

It was the most horrible vacation ever!!!!
We booked this place for 3 nights, but unfortunately we were only able to stay for 2 nights because the conditions were simply impossible to tolerate. We were a group of 16 people, adults and
We booked 4 apartaments: 2 sea view, 1 garden view, 1 on the beach house.
The acomodation was poor( it’s not like in pictures), we stayed on the ground floor, the furniture is old and in some of the rooms it was a smell that you can suported it.
The accommodation was extremely cold, as there was no heating at all, and there was absolutely no hot water during our entire stay. Because of this, we could not stay for the last night and had to leave earlier than planned.
We contacted the owner from the very first night to inform her about these serious issues. Instead of trying to help us or find a solution, she told us that she did not care and that there was nothing she could do. Her attitude was very rude and disrespectful towards us.
We explained that because of the frezeing temperature and the complete lack of hot water, we could not continue staying there and that we would be leaving before the third night. We kindly asked for a refund for the last night that we were unable to stay, but she refused to return any money at all. She also spoke to us in a very rude and inappropriate manner, which made the entire experience even worse.
Overall, this was a very disappointing accommodation experience and absolutely not worth the price we paid. We expected basic comfort and honesty in the listing, but unfortunately we received neither.

Strandurlaub
Ein Ort zum entspannen, großes Grundstück mit vielen Oliven und Obstbäumen. Stadt ist einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Es gibt eine Grill Möglichkeit. Vom Haus kommt man direkt an den Strand. In ca 80m ist eine Beach Bar. Das Casino ist in ein paar Kilometer zu erreichen.

Hafta sonu kaçamağı
Villa 6 bölümden oluşuyor. Ayrıca şu an için sadece bir tanesi bitirilmiş olan bir tür müştemilat tarzı ev var. Ziyaretimi üç bölüme ayırmak isterim ki daha açıklayıcı olabileyim... Birinci konu misafirperverlik; evin sahibesi yardımcı ve güler yüzlü bir insan. Almanca ve Yunanca konuşabiliyor. Etrafta yemek yiyebileceğiniz yerler hakkında bilgi veriyor. İkinci nokta evin imkanları: Evin içerisinde mutfak ve çamaşır ile ilgili her türlü imkan var. Biz gelirken çay ve Türk kahvesi makinamız kendimiz getirdik. Filtre kahve makinası ve fırın evde mevcut idi. Ancak bulaşık makinası mevcut değil. Evde mutsuz edebilecek tek şey ise yataklar... Yataklar hiç rahat değil. Eski zamanlarda olan ucuz yaylı yataklardan... O yatakların bütün yaylarını vücudunuzda hissediyorsunuz. Hemen bahçede hamak, salıncak mevcut. Ayrıca her bölümün masa ve sandalyesi var. üçüncü ve son nokta ise sahil kısmı... Ben villanın bulunduğu yerde denizi beğenmedim. Villa yanlış mimari ile neredeyse denize kadar çıkma yapıp zaten az olan kumsal kısmı evin arazisine katmış. Sahil kısmı taşlık... Ama bence daha kötü olan kısmı ise deniz altında kum yok. Arazinin toprak parçaları denize kaymış ve yer yer denizin altında tümsek ve çukurlar oluşturmuş. Ne yazık ki bu oluşumda yosun ve deniz kestanesi oluşturmasına sebep olmuş denizin... Her ne kadar sahilden uzaklaşsanız da denizde ki bu yükseltilerden dolayı ayağınız yere basabiliyor veya bir anda derinleşebiliyor. Bu nedenle deniz çok keyif vermedi bana. Yine de güzel bir tatil oldu.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand, die Aussicht und die Lage ist wunderschön!
Hier ist es ruhig, außerhalb des Trubels, man kann die Seele baumeln lassen...
Das Grundstück ist riesig mit vielen Oliven- und Obstbäumen, das Haus liegt im unteren Bereich mit Blick auf das Meer.
In wenigen Minuten ist man im Zentrum, es sind keine 4 km, mit einem regem Nachtleben, Restaurants und Boutiquen.
Etwa in 100 m befindet sich eine organisierte Beach Bar, mit Liegen und Sonnenschirme, die man über den Strand erreichen kann.
Es ist besser ein Auto zu haben, aber auch eine Bushaltestelle gibt es gegenüber.
Die Hausbesitzer wohnen das ganze Jahr in einem der Apartments. Sie sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und diskret. Sie haben uns oft Tipps gegeben, wo man gut essen gehen kann oder über andere Strände. Wir waren sogar mal zusammen einkaufen, sie haben uns den Wochenmarkt gezeigt, da bekomme man ALLES ;-)
Wir hatten ein Apartment mit Meerblick. Es war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man für den Urlaub brauchte: Klimaanlage, Fernseher, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Wäscheleine, Fön.... Sogar Moskitonetzte an allen Fenstern. Wir durften uns das Penthouse anschauen, das war TOP, das nächste mal werden wir oben buchen!
