BANNED TO STAY AS MANY CUSTOMERS I SAW IN THE FIELD AND WE TALKED THEY ALL HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS
When we found the hotel , we were at the reception for a while to get someone to serve us , to take us to the room , we waited at least 20 minutes with things in hand and a half-year-old baby . The owner went to the room, asked us if it was okay and we told her how we had contacted for a double bed so that the baby could sleep ( since there was no possibility to enter a bed park ), she didn 't care , she told us there is no room with a double bed available , while when we made the reservation and paid we said that there would be a double bed . The room wasn 't clean at first , it had spider tissue on the bathroom door pads and the whole room had dead mosquitoes with blood on the walls .
The sheets were never changed during our 4 nights, nor the towels, while the owner told us that in 3 days we will be brought clean, and the room was not cleaned a day. It should also be noted that on 16/8 , the day before our departure from the accommodation , no cleaner came in nor to change the two baskets with garbage in the room , the absolute shame . We took them ourselves and we were looking outside the municipal hotel pools to throw them away , we also asked the lady in the pool to give us a vacuum cleaner and a sponge that didn 't exist to clean the room ourselves with a vacuum cleaner that cleaned the pool , because apparently after 4 days of going to the sea , the room needed clearly a vacuum cleaner and a sponge cleaner , it 's a matter of hygiene and we have a baby , nor was that respected by the owners .

We didn't like the dealing with the proprietary hydraulic , ironically , he made us liars saying we couldn't have had hot water .
Also, at 13/8 when we arrived in the room we were told to leave the room at 10 in the morning while the check out is at 12. In fact on 17/8 we got a phone in a threatening way to go immediately to leave the room because it needs to be cleaned in order for the next customer to enter.
If the sanitary goes, they will be closed once and for all for many reasons, and I wish it because if it is to make money like this you don't deserve to spend it.

miserable treatment
Unfortunately, our stay there was not satisfactory. The room was spacious, but smelled very bad. A socket was broken and naturally dangerous to young children. The room was dirty in general. On the first night there were millions of mushrooms in the room, which entered from a cete which we eventually found to be raised at its base and it was not possible to close over (and neither closes). The mosquitoes were everywhere on the beds, in our clothes inside and outside the room. He came to help the girl who works at the bar (there was no one else at the hotel), changed sheets, wiped, sprayed generally did what he could. I called the owner to help us with complaining (the mosquitoes now dead fell on us, it was impossible to sleep), who spoke to me very aggressively and of course accused me that it was my fault that we filled mosquitoes in the room. As for the smell in the room of course he did not admit that it existed and while I invited him on the spot to come to find out the whole problem, he never appeared. I wanted to leave the other day, but my gentleman told me that it was impossible to return the money through a known site that I had closed, but because he is a good man (ironically), he would. We decided to stay (not be obligated). I think a professional property owner doesn’t talk to the customer that way especially during the night and while in an emergency. The other day they did that nothing ever happened and did not deal with the problem while we learned that other hotel tenants had the same problem. Breakfast was very basic to the poor. The lady in the morning grabbed the mushrooms with her hands no gloves or anything. The coffee maker didn't make coffee, the tables were dirty. I understand that it is August but if now there is no quality service should ever stay do you in the hotel? Finally the pool was cleaned the first day we arrived, the second day it was never cleaned. Every year we go to the area but we have never had such a miserable stay. Meanwhile, the exact same criticism I had put up on the site through which we made the reservation. The owner called me, insulted me, threatened me and generally proved his who. Below I upload photos to show that there was indeed a serious problem and we did not have the appropriate treatment.

disrespectful behavior
We came for holidays and everything was wrong.
We wait with my husband and our child for a long time for the check in
The room was too dirty and they didn't try to help us with changing room.

No words just! Miserable accommodation, dirty, with shameful behavior of owners
As today my husband made a negative criticism after these specific “gentlemen” ruined our holidays and I saw a similar criticism from a lady again today, I quote a picture of the owner who says it all!! After our negative review of the property , he contacted us by phone and told us that he would give us a full refund , send us our account number to his mobile phone , as long as we delete any negative reviews we have written , and as you will see in the photo , we sent him the bill number and he screwed us over . The comments are yours!

A couple of kind people – but overall, not a pleasant stay
We stayed at Vive Mar for one week.
Unfortunately, we were not very satisfied with our stay. We’re not high-maintenance guests and didn’t expect luxury, but the service we received from the blonde lady at the reception was disappointing. She was not helpful or service-minded.
Halfway through our stay, we were told we had to change rooms – not something we wanted or asked for. The fridge in the room made a lot of noise during the night, and there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom throughout the stay. We also had to pay extra for air conditioning, which is understandable – but when we politely asked for a small discount or gesture due to the issues we experienced, the blonde receptionist didn’t respond well and seemed annoyed.
The breakfast was also poor. The coffee was cold several times, the eggs were greenish, and there was hardly any variety. There was no fruit – just cheese, ham, and small plastic containers of jam. It all lacked flavour and freshness.
That being said – we want to highlight the wonderful dark-haired lady working at the bar. She was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming – truly a bright spot during our stay. Also, the cleaning lady was very kind and did a great job.
