We would be warmly welcomed by Anna and ''Mamma''. The room was ready earlier as agreed. Very well maintained hotel complex with beautifully blooming garden that ''Pappa' maintains. Constantina and the chef are also very friendly and available for a fun. We felt like we belonged to the family.
The pool is large enough, clean and loungers were always available. The room cleaning was regular.
The food was always delicious. If you want some unusual food there are plenty of restaurants in the area.
We recommend renting a car for Crete as the places of interest are spread all over the island.
We have received from the hotel a car with full service insurance with 0€ excess. This was delivered to the hotel + picked up.
We can recommend this place without restriction.

Nice hotel. Good kitchen. Welcome workers. Excellent service. Put on weight. I recommend it. The beach is 350 meters. Nearby shop and tour desk.

Pure relaxation

Were there for the first time, but certainly not the last. Lovely family hotel where we felt at home on the first day. Very nice staff, the food was delicious (you have to taste the fish!), the rooms clean and functional (you only need to sleep) and the beach is 5 minutes. From the hotel you can easily explore the area, only from the guided tours we will refrain next time. But everyone the way they like it.
Those who love it quietly and authentically are perfectly right here and those who want to eat schnitzel, fries and salad in Greece should go to the all-inclusive hotels or drive to the Vienna Forest.
We enjoyed the holiday at Cretan Garden to the fullest! Thank you very much to everyone there!

The area is not crowded and you walk only 5 minutes to a beautiful beach. The hotel complex is well maintained and the rooms are clean. In addition, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I would love to come back:)

Cretan hospitality

We stayed 3 weeks for the first time in this family-run hotel complex. The entire property is a beautiful little green oasis, you immediately recognize a loving and elaborate care. The whole team left a very friendly, super nice and helpful impression on us, Constantina, Anna, the grandpa and the grandma, Toni, even the cleaning and kitchen staff. The room with sea view was fine. Towels were changed every 2 days. Breakfast and dinner were varied and delicious, we enjoyed it. It is advisable to take a rental car for the holiday, we have booked it before the holiday in time on the Internet, i.e. this also saves costs. Since we have already gotten to know Crete as a holiday island from the last 2 years, we wanted to get to know a completely new and different area, it was also beautiful this time. Old Heronnisos, Heraklion, Chersonisou, Malia, Lasithi Plateau, Mochlos, Agio Nikolaos etc. We came as strangers and left as friends. I'm sure we'll spend another holiday in this small hotel.
Those who naturally have high standards, like to get upset about small things and spend the actual relaxing time should book a 4 or 5 ***** hotel. The one who then surely misses out on what constitutes the actual Cretan hospitality.
