Very good stay experience

Very nice hotel in Arachova,five clean and careful. Parking is a great advantage. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend it.

The room was spacious but the furniture and decoration was tired. The 2 tvs and sofa were newish. George on reception was very helpful and spoke excellent English.
The bathroom was tiny and the shower was difficult to use. The beds were creaky.

Comfort, hospitality and fireplace that enchanted us!

We spent 5 wonderful Christmas days in Arachova and stayed in an excellent room. We were waiting for wine, cruises and coffee, there was internal parking and everything was careful. The best part was the big fireplace – we had unique family moments with the two kids and really relaxed. We will go back to Arachova only for this room with the fireplace!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

Excellent experience at Dio in Arachova.Warm hospitality, nice and clean places, with a rich breakfast and an ideal environment for families.We were welcomed with a wine gift and always willing to serve us in whatever we asked.
And most importantly, we had Parking for our car!Very difficult for Arachova.
We strongly recommend it.

CONFORMITY INACCEPTABLE DIOS ARACHOVA

The room of Dio-Arahova was clean, however there were serious problems with both heating and breakfast. Specifically, in the breakfast we were offered, among others, croissants that were outdated (there are also related photos).
In addition, from the first day I asked to activate the heating, as the temperature was quite low. Heating was centralized, so I could not adjust the radiators whenever I needed it. Especially on the last day of the stay, while the outside temperature was only 3 degrees, the radiators lit for a while and then remained closed (There are photos and videos). I tried to contact the owners by sending two messages to ask to open the heating, but I never got a reply.

Τα προιόντα του πρωινού μας ελέγχονται καθημερινά και δεν προσφέρουμε ποτέ ληγμένα τρόφιμα.Αν υπήρχε οποιοδήποτε θέμα θα μπορούσε να είχε αντιμετωπιστεί άμεσα εφόσον μας είχε αναφερθεί κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονής σας.
Σχετικά με την θέρμανση ,το μήνυμα σας εστάλη πολύ αργά το βράδυ,παρόλα αυτά ενημερώθηκε άμεσα η υπεύθυνη του ξενώνα,η οποία έλεγχξε την λειτουργία της θέρμανσης και διαπίστωσε ότι λειτουργούσε κανονικά.
Λυπούμαστε εάν η συνολική εμπειρία σας δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες σας.
Η ομάδα μας προσπαθεί πάντα να εξυπηρετεί με συνέπεια και άμεση ανταπόκριση όλους τους επισκέπτες της.
