The only thing that need to be improve is the parking

Unhealthy room with mold, no stay at all, and no proper response from management.

The room we were assigned was unhealthy and unfit for accommodation. There was visible mold on the walls and ceiling, high humidity, and an overall neglected condition. For health reasons, we did not stay even one night and left immediately.
The solution offered by the hotel was to stay in another room for only one night, despite having a two-night reservation, and then return to the original room after it would be “cleaned with chemicals.” This is not an acceptable solution when mold is involved.
Despite the fact that we did not use the reservation at all, we were informed that only one night would be refunded.
Before posting this review, we contacted hotel management by email to seek a resolution, but our message was ignored. This lack of response was particularly disappointing and reflects poor customer care.
I would not recommend this property under any circumstances, especially to guests with health concerns.

Good choice in Archanes

Charming host and comfortable well appointed room in a nicely architecturally restored house. Easy parking nearby and close to wine tasting at Lyrarakis and Scalarea. Breakfast was delivered to the room and was plentiful if not exceptional. Fresh fruit would have been a nice addition. A few minor improvements - coffee pods, water (tap water not drinkable) and shower gel not restocked which is not really acceptable for a boutique hotel.

An amazing clean apartment with all the necessary features, and easy parking. A lovely place to stay in summer or winter. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this beautiful space overnight on our way home and felt warmly welcomed. The place is relatively new and well equipped and tucked away in the town. Our host was wonderful and breakfast was delicious and filling. The supermarket is very close and easy to walk to restaurants and pastry shops nearby. Close to several wineries and we visited the Stilianou winery which was lovely(lots of narrow roads to get there though, as per usual rural Crete).
We had a restful sleep and very close to drive to Heraklion airport (20 minutes). Would stay again. Thanks for sharing this space. 😌
