A lovely little place out of town.....
What a lovely time I had there, Zoi and her mother in law are friendly and welcoming, there is a small snack shop where you can order basic food and drinks throughout the day.
The rooms are basic, they are clean and tidy, but they are a little dated, they are cleaned every day by Maria who works hard. Towels and sheets changed every 3 days.
The rooms have aircon (payable on site, 5 euro a day) there is a safe (also payable on site) and also the tourist tax on top so please add that to the cost of your holiday.
The bathroom has a mini bath thing that you stand in to shower but no shower curtain so water goes everywhere turning it into more like a wet room (I have never seen one of these before anywhere else I have stayed ) and other ppl commented the same too whilst I was there, speaking of which I met some lovely guests there,Firstly Sophie, thank you, then Pete and his wife and last but not least Andy who I know from my previous trips to Kalamaki (thank you all for making my holiday that bit more memorable) it was a pleasure meeting you all and I wish you all the best.
The pool is very nice and getting in to cool off was always welcomed in the heat. Plenty of sun loungers any time of day, no need to be out there at dawn for sun bed wars.
Probably 10-15 min walk down a road with no pavement( but OK as long as you careful) to the start of main strip, plenty of restaurants and bars do take your pick. the beach is probably another 10 mins walk on top of that.
A hire car is definitely handy to have if staying here as makes things alot easier to get around etc.
I would definitely recommend staying here if you want peace and quiet and somewhere a little out of the main area.
Would I go back? Yes I would go back to Dolce Vita Residence without doubt as I had a good time there.

Relaxed and chilled
Really quiet location
But close enough up walk into kalamaki town
The pool was lovely it’s a nice quiet place to relax
Nothing fancy but clean room cleaned everyday
The family that own the hotel were really lovely genuine people
They do snacks and a few drinks by the pool which were great x
We loved it and would 100% go back
Room was clean but nothing fancy but had all we needed
You feel like you are very rural but you are not far away from anything.

Quiet and characterful but within walking distance of bars and restaurants.
Zoi and her family looked after us really well. Her Mum does a great job with the food.

Super second visit
If you’re looking for somewhere clean, comfortable, with a great pool and incredible views then this is the place for you.
Zoi and the team were fantastic and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Already looking forward to our next visit.
