What a place
We stayed here last week for our 10th wedding anniversary....
We had room 302 which was excellent..2 toilets and showers,big bed, lounge a whirlpool bath in the room and 3 balconys
The hotel is extremely clean,the staff are polite and friendly
A very relaxing stay was had by us...food onside was top drawer and sunbeds were plentiful and also down a set of steps your in the beautiful ocean crystal clear
Argassi strip is literally a 5 minute walk away
Ii would wholeheartedly stay again without hesitation

Best service ever!
The service and the staff exceeded my expectations, definitely worth 5 stars, as well as the cleanliness, breakfast and the beautiful room. I personally liked the fact that there is no actual beach, but steps straight to the sea. There were just a few stones before the sandy part of the sea started, so you don't need swimming shoes. The water was amazing.
In my experience the sun beds by the pool were all reserved already during breakfast time with no one sitting there. There were sun beds available though a bit further away from the pool, behind the restaurant, in an area which is not so well kept.
There was quite a lot of noise from the street in our room, but I sleep with ear plugs anyway, so slept well. The bathroom flooded after every shower, but the floor dried quickly.
The hotel's own taxi service is handy (and the car is very nice) but note that the driver might charge you more than what they tell you at the reception.

Exceptional Windmill Bay.
Amazing hotel with wonderful facilities. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with amazing sunrise and sunset views. The whole hotel oozes an effortless class. Lovely private beach accessible from two places, one a bit stoney but a better slipway through the pool bar and garden. The bar food was lovely and well priced and the bar was right next to a very well kept pool area. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of cooked and cold choices, for all tastes. Nothing better than a relaxing breakfast within earshot of the lapping waves. Good location with a short walk to lovely tavernas and bars. We couldn't have wished for more. Loved this place and will be back.

Lovely scenic view and hotel spotless few adjustments needed
Stayed for 9 nights
Pros - loved the scenic view of the sea from the rooms, rooms were immaculate bathroom and shower were spot on bed was really comfy and was maintained really well by the maid, pool and sunbed area are tidy clean and relaxing. Food at lunch is really nice definitely get moneys worth with portion sizes little walk to the main strip but nothing to bad
Cons- now these aren’t major cons but it is something that could be altered that could’ve made this a five star review, first off is the water situation I’ve been to a lot of countries and although this trip wasn’t all inclusive I’m shocked that the water situation wasn’t free especially in the high heats of 30 degrees, this shouldn’t really be allowed people need water to cope in this heat and having to charge on it seems quite naughty in my opinion.
Secondly the towel situation €10 for a towel get €5 back on it from that deposit and every time you wanted to change it an extra €5 we ended up purchasing our own from the shop.
Granted this trip was only bed and breakfast and we came to terms with the fact everything else will need to of been paid for however water is a necessity and should be free of charge in a hot country like this.
Overall love the stay cannot fault anything other than those little issues that could be easily adjusted. Would return

Nice smaller hotel with great location
Nice smaller hotel with great location. Lovely and helpful staff, good rooms and really good breakfast.
The hotel has a policy that you cannot reserve sunbeds without being present - it works and there is a sunbath for everyone
Will recommend the hotel and will definitely come back again.
